Cool vintage charm

What a neat place! I was visiting with my family and enjoyed staying in this rental while we vacationed in tampa. This rental is located in an active neighborhood. Cute hipster coffee shops around as well as other local eateries and grocery stores. Love the historic charm of this house and neighborhood.

The stay was fine and the place neat and clean. The owner was great and very helpful. We liked the suggestions of places to check out in the area. The place was quiet but we were not used to downtown traffic.

Short Buddies Trip to Tampa area

A quick stay in Tampa. This location is in a convenient location, close enough to the downtown dining area. Very comfortable beds in each room. Did not spend much time in unit, mostly just for sleeping. I would go back again. Thanks for the nice stay.

Affordable and close to Activities

The property was easy to find and very spacious. I found the neighborhood the house was in decent compared to the ones a few over. (Though not the host’s fault-lots of retirees lived on the same street.)We felt very safe on the property with a well-lit path and cameras all around the house, along with the neighbors also having cameras. The property is shared with other tenants below the top floor. Everyone respected the rules and space during our stay. As stated in the property description, kitchen utensils were limited. One thing that was much needed was a spatula for cooking. The host was quick to respond to any of the questions or concerns. Overall for the price and location, it is an excellent pick for one who is interested in visiting Tampa, FL without spending an enormous amount for a place to stay; we would definitely book again!
