Amenities of this charming community include 2 pools, 3 jacuzzis, 2 recreation centers as well as Ko'Olina's 18-hole championship golf course designed by the renowned Ted Robinson - home of the LOTTE Championship.

Our villa is situated just steps from all the action in Ko'Olina yet offers a quiet, peaceful sanctuary. We are just around the corner from Ko'Olina Marketplace, where you will find delicious restauants, cute boutiques and a well stocked convenience store. Across the street is the Disney Aulani and 4 pristine lagoon beaches. The 4 Seasons will be opening a resort in the near future. Roy's Restaraunt featuring Pacific Rim Cuisine can be enjoyed around the corner on the golf course. We are also within walking distance of the famous Paradise Cove Luau. Wet n' Wild Water Park and Outlet Shopping are a short drive.

Our newly decorated townhouse features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a Mitchel Gold deluxe sleeper sofa that's extremely comfortable. We searched the entire Island of Oahu for a Vacation Rental that WE would want to stay at and Coconut Plantation / Ko'Olina checked all of the boxes! Great restaurants, lots of activities, stunning sunsets and that special feeling of "getting away".

The "beach decor" of the villa is warm and inviting and instantly sets the mood for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The Master bedroom has more of an elegant touch to it while the kids' room is just down right beachy cute! There is even a chair swing on the porch outside of their room. The living room has swivel chairs to allow for watching TV or the perfect group setting!! Everything you need is waiting here for you!

Wonderful place to stay! Awesome location!

This place is located in a safe gated community. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants (the Monkeypod happy hour is great). Very close to the Aulani Resort (about a 5 minute walk). The furnishings inside are very nice and comfortable. The owner Edi is great, and will help you with any questions that you may have. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back and stay again.

Great place and location

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped house for our family needs. Very close to both the pools and hot tubs as well as the shopping centre and restaurants.

We loved sitting on the lani for coffee in the mornings and all our meals.

Easy walk to the bays to enjoy the ocean. We walked several times a day as what is not to love about the ocean.

It was a great location for accessing all the attractions we wanted to do on the Island.

The only glitch we had was the air conditioning. It quit and with parts needing to be ordered we were 5 days without.

I would definately recommend this house for rental.

Disappointing ending to a nice stay...

I don’t like to leave negative reviews after having a wonderful holiday but it’s important future renters know about our experience.

On a positive note Coconut plantation is amazing, this unit is well situated to the pool & lagoon 1. The unit does back onto commercial parking but the noise from the cars was not an issue, however each morning they do use the blower to clean the grounds and parking lot. The unit was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, nice outside table and BBQ. There were a couple of beach chairs available, and we left behind 2 new boogie boards for future renters.

Some inconveniences we experienced, only had 1 key and repeatedly asked for a 2nd key that arrived 2 days prior to our departure, very inconvenient for a party of 5. No list of house rules, we had to guess when garbage day was and what to do on departure. Our fob did not work for the pool, and when the office manager assisted us they told us the owner did not register us as guests.

Our low rating on this review was due to what transpired once we returned home. When we left the unit we accidentally took the parking pass with us, we learned of this when we arrived home and Edi emailed us. I immediatlely contacted the rental company, they were able to locate it and held it until Edi picked it up, as she lives on the island. We were apologetic to her about the inconvenience. Unfortunately there was no list of reminders on the way out and on our departure we emailed Edi asking what her expectations were, she said don’t worry about things. The reminder would have solved this problem.

What followed this was a terrible review on us that Edi posted, all 1’s with an exception a 5(for communication).

We attempted to contact her by phone & email to discuss this, requesting supportive evidence for her terrible review, we wanted clarity. We left the unit in great shape and our damage deposit was returned in full. If we had been such negligent renters why would she have returned our deposit in full.She ignored our attempt to communicate so we contacted VRBO to remove this slanderous review, unfortunately they could not. VRBO attempted to contact her, without result. We then filed a complaint, as it’s completely unacceptable to post a negative review as a way to be spiteful. Future prospective renters & owners should know about this, as we have successfully used VRBO for a decade and never a problem with any owner. It was disappointing to return home and have to deal with this.

Beautiful place!

Perfect location! Loved everything about it! Cozy home in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to stores, restaurants and the beach. Out of the chaos of Waikiki, I definitely recommend this tranquil and safe location. Thank you so much for sharing a little piece of paradise with our family!

The property is beautiful and as advertised! No surprises!

Edi is a wonderful person to work with! We ran out of proprane for the grill and she brought over 2 new tanks right away! The condo is very nicely decorated and very clean! The complex is an easy walk to beautiful beach and nice shops and restaurants. The pools at the complex as well as hot tubs are beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds will make you feel as if you are in a botanical garden. Gated community gives you real sense of security although you will feel safe no matter what time you go walking. Great place for a family. Close to two nearby pools and short walk to lagoon 1.

Place was great for family of four. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Very nice place to stay. I would of liked a kitchen with more supplies. One pan and one saucepan was difficult to cook for family at times. Had to be creative. Owners were very nice and quick with responses. Would recommend this place for sure. Really happy with rental overall.
