Needs work

This property clearly has somebody who lives there when it's not rented out and minimal preparations are done to accommodate the guests as far as the resident putting their stuff away. The house is in need of repair and has several items that are not operational or broken. The whole house smells dank like mildew or mold. One of the windows is broken and has plastic with tape over it. There was at least four boxes of partially consumed breakfast cereal on top of the fridge and two partially eaten cheesecakes in the freezer along with some other Frozen items, and a bunch of random stuff in the refrigerator. There was only one knife to speak of and it was about as dull as a rock, the pans are all in disrepair and don't work for cooking well, etc etc. Bottom line, I would not stay at this property again.

Everything was very good if it had been warmer weather. The house needs a better heating system for the weather we had. Nights had temps as low as 25 degrees. Also was surprised at no coffee percolator in kitchen.

Underwhelmed by the amenities and things didn’t work

The place had almost no water pressure and the kitchen sink didn’t work at all. It said 2 bathrooms but there was only 1 shower which was not mentioned in the ad. The toilets said “do not flash paper” and the water pressure was so low the downstairs toilet wouldn’t even flush. There was no trash so we were told to take all trash to the dump down the road, but the problem was it was closed on Sunday when we checked out! I would have loved to know more about what the house had and been prepared for the one shower with no pressure and lack of other amenities.
