Built in 1951, we have called this "home" since 1968. It still retains it's beautiful woodwork, mid-century modern styling, arched doorways and many unique built-ins. Even though we don't currently live in Arthur, we come back many times throughout the year to visit friends, family and enjoy the festivals. It is and always will be "home"!

Come stay at Walker Family Inn where "You'll always feel at home".
My family get together on Labor Day weekend was accommodated wonderfully by staying at the Walker Family Inn. Kitchen dining area space was excellent for the family to gather for breakfast every morning. Love the labeling of drawers for utensils too. Patio and basement were excellent for spillover, games and gathering to chat. Lots of space and nice touches in the bedroom areas as well.
This lovely 4 bedroom is well kept and offers a rack of information of places to see and eat. Nestled in a nice community it is a relaxing home with amenities such a ping pong and pool table for quality family bonding time. Owners are very pleasant.
This house is fabulous! It has vintage charm but is updated just enough so that it feels like home! It is impeccable clean, has plenty of room for a large group, is well stocked and the basement is amazing! With a pool table, ping pong and foosball, these is a lot for the kids to do! The downtown, adorable with cute shops and a grocery store, is minutes away. The owners are great, communicate quickly and were here to show us everything we needed to know about the house. We will stay here again when we come back to the area!
The house was clean and comfortable. It was quite quaint and very much a home with a lot of personal effects. The games room was excellent with ping pong, pool, darts and table football (foosball) which the kids loved, along with the wifi! The real star of the house is its location, a short walk to the town centre, Amish shops and restaurants. We loved Yoder's, a large Amish restaurant which was a great place to meet people. The whole town was very friendly. Tanya was extremely helpful and very responsive to any queries and met us when we arrived.
Overall we had a lovely stay for 2 nights and really enjoyed the house and location.
We rented this property for my family get together in Arthur, IL. There were 8 of us staying there. Tanya was right on time at 4pm to get us checked in. This place was amazing. We were all very comfortable there. The house was very clean and definitely kid friendly. I cannot say enough positives about our stay there. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay in Arthur, Illinois.
This was an excellent place to stay, and I would recommend it to anyone. The owners go out of their way to make sure that your stay is a great experience.
