Why Zoe Ketteridge chose Davenport
After viewing lots of resales and new sales we chose Tuscan Hills for it's proximity to the Disney Parks but also because it took you away from the main thrust of the US192 to a more relaxed, quieter area to wind down. We love the fact that it is a gated community with a clubhouse. Tuscan Hills has a lovely feel - it has a mix of property owners but permanent and rentals with courtyards of 6 villa properties.
What makes this Villa unique
We selected our lot because the pool is not overlooked - no back to back pools and with walls between us and our neighbours so you can relax in the sunshine without being directly overlooked. We have a lovely pool with separate hot tub/jacuzzi overlooking a conservation area. In the evening you can see the fireworks from Hollywood Studios - a great view from the upstairs bedrooms and you can even view the high fireworks from the pool.

Beautiful, spacious vacation home
We were celebrating my granddaughter's birthday and had a wonderful time at the Villa. It is a 5 star location for a Stay-cation or vacation; spacious, clean with all the amenities that one could wish for in a home away from home! It was a pleasure dealing with Zoe - customer service/support & all around assistance was superb. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who have never lived in a luxurious 2 story home with all the trimmings, but always wanted to experience one! Perfect quiet location close to all of the major amusement parks, airports, malls, super markets etc. We highly recommend it & would definitely rent it again.

Absolutely fantastic!!
We arrived at the villa to find it extremely clean and welcoming. We immediately got into the pool which was a lovely temperature, glad we paid for the pool heating! The villa had everything we needed and more! We had a great time in Florida did the usual parks and a few different activities, we went to the rodeo finals which was definitely an eye opener and took our first airboat ride at Wild Florida. The villa is well positioned and you can easily get to anywhere only approx 20/30 minutes from Disney depending on traffic and has many restaurants locally. Would definitely recommend this villa and will hopefully be going back soon!
AMAZING!
We had a WONDERFUL experience with our three children! The property is beautiful. Zoe was so kind and responded to all my questions so quickly. She was very accommodating and made sure all sorts of baby items were set up and ready for us when we arrived! We definitely hope to return in the future!

Great location and clean
Clean home close to parks and stores. We had two "issues" that were quickly resolved. Our pool was on a heated timer and our lockbox got stuck. Everything was great.
Location
Minutes away from Northeast Regional Park with Walking Trails, Fishing lake, dog parks, children's play area, basketball, soccer, american football, tennis courts and picnic/BBQ areas.
Close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Shopping Malls, Discount Malls, Golf, restaurants and bars. An hours drive to Tampa (Busch Gardens) and Gulf Coast. An hours drive in the other direction will take you to the Space Coast and Kennedy Space Centre. Water parks galore including Disney parks and Wet N Wild. Close to Disney Springs and Disney Wide World of Sports. Lots of access to natural florida as well, including air boats, lakes, national parks (Blue Springs), Gardens (Harry Leu and Bok Tower). Ideally placed for Legoland just off the US27.
Golf: There are some spectacular courses, many designed by famous names like Greg Norman, Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus - with numerous packages for golfers of all abilities. Walt Disney World has 4 high quality courses, Champions Gate has 2 Greg Norman designed courses. Legends Golf and Country Club on the 27 towards Clermont is in a really peaceful location. Orange Lake Country Club offers two 18 hole courses, a 9 hole course and a par 3 floodlit 9 - just 5 mins drive from the villa.
