This lovely home is fully furnished, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1,582 sq ft.
The minute you step inside, you feel at ease right away. You are greeted by the "great room" which includes the living room, kitchen, and dining area, with vaulted ceilings, making it feel even more spacious! There is tan carpet in the living room area, and includes cream leather couches, a large - yet open, cherry entertainment center with flat screen tv, stereo & DVD player. There is a large island in the center of the kitchen area, which seats four, and is a great space for meal prep, while enjoying the company of all, in the same space.
Bedrooms are split floor plan (master on one side of house, with 2 bedrms on other side) for added privacy. Master bedroom is decorated in a palm tree & leopard theme, and features double sinks, separate lavatory, walk in shower, walk in closet, with French double doors leading to back patio area. One guest room is beach-themed, and the third guest room is southwest-themed, after the great state of Arizona!
The guest bathroom features a whirlpool tub and shower. Upgraded ceiling fans are thru-out the home, for great air circulation, and there are mirrored wardrobe doors in each bedroom.
By the dining room, there are double French doors inviting you out to the large patio area, where there is a Tiki Bar, patio table & chairs, & gas bbq grill. The palm tree themed ceiling fans provide a light breeze on warm sultry nites. Landscape lighting creates a beautiful glow to the swaying palm trees, as you gaze with wonder, at the clear nite skies of Arizona!
I purchased this home brand new in 2005, as a vacation home for my mother, myself, and family. Soon after, Mom's cancer returned and she passed away. Alas, I have never lived in this home, it has been used on few weekends, and periodically by contractors and snowbirds, and is in pristine condition! I work hard to maintain it in this condition, and consider it as a potential retirement home for myself in the next 5 -10 years.

I've been going to the river, at Martinez Lake & Fishers Landing for approx. 20+ years, and love the sights and smells of the river. The peaceful flowing water, the quiet nites with stars so clear and bright in the sky... you feel like you could reach out and touch them....
It is soooo very relaxing, to get away from the hub-ub of city life... whirring about so fast.... to stop and smell the cactus, its a nice change of scenery, don't you think???
This home is located in the peaceful & desirable Mesa Del Sol development, just north of Freeway 8. It is a corner lot in a very nice residential neighborhood. It is less than 1 mile from: Frye's grocery store, Denny's restaurant, Applebee's restaurant, a Readi-Care for any emergency doctor needs, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, STARBUCKS!!!, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, an Auto Zone, a Library, a YMCA, several gas stations, a Fire Station..... well, as you can see, there is everything - I mean EVERYTHING you could need or want, within a very short distance (most are walking distance!).
There is great shopping at Yuma Palms Mall, just 15 minutes away, including Harkins Movie Theater for entertainment - and a water park and miniature golf for the kids! The Colorado River is about 20 minutes away, also!
The location of this property was perfect for our stay. It is close to amenities and shopping. Central location to head out of for day trips (Mexico, hiking, state parks....). We enjoyed this beautiful home and its location very much.
We were really happy with our stay and Lisa was great to work with. The place fit my group really well, everything was clean, and there was lots of space to hang out together in the living room/kitchen area. It also seems pretty close to shopping and food. We definitely recommend staying here!
Our family (we live in Phoenix) headed back to Yuma for the second straight summer for a State All Star Baseball Tournament. We were fortunate enough last summer to find this rental. When we found out that we would be back for a second summer I immediately contacted Lisa to see if we could stay in her home again. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located right off the freeway. Everything we needed was very close - grocery store, convenience store, and the best taco stand ever (Tacos el Cositas). The home has everything that our family of 5 needed - 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer - truly a "home away from home".
My two sisters and myself rented this beautiful home in the foothills to visit our Dad and Aunt who lives in Yuma. The open floor plan and big kitchen was perfect for our family to entertain. The bedrooms were decorated with fun themes and the beds were very comfortable. The back yard was large and landscaped with palms and rock with a wonderful patio where we sat out in the late afternoons enjoying a glass of wine.
The location was perfect to Fry's for food shopping and less than 5 minutes from a Starbucks! We three with our husbands had such a fun and relaxing visit with family and will be back again to enjoy this beautifully decorated home. Lisa the owner is very friendly and helpful in answering any questions you may have.
We rented the house for two months while we waited for the arrival of our second grandchild. The location was perfect and Lisa was a pleasure to work with. The property was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed for a long stay was there. The neighbor hood is quiet and friendly. Fry's grocery, restaurants, and banking are all near by. Had a great time, hated to leave, wish we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely rent again if there's an opportunity.

I recently stayed at this property and had the most positive experience. The owner was wonderful to work with and provided great instructions and service. The house exceeded my expectations - the online photos simply do not do it justice. The house was larger than I expected and immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and everything was in working order. The backyard is also very relaxing. The house is located in a safe, quiet subdivision with plenty of restaurants nearby. Also, my security deposit was returned in a timely manner. I hope to stay again on future visits to Yuma!

in the Winter Season go to the "Midnite at the Oasis Car Show" and oogle at the cool cars; zoom over to the Sand Dunes for fun activities;
also in the Winter Season: don't miss the Yuma Swap Meet - you never know what "treasures" you may find there!

Try your hand at miniature golf, go-carts, bumper boats, and arcade games, at Z-Fun Factory: 928-726-6000.
There is also a weight set in the garage area, if you feel like "pumping iron!"

**Credit Card payments will be charged the "convenience fee" of 2.9% domestic, plus another 2% for international cards.
**Security Deposit is also considered Earnest Deposit. 100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date. Cancellations less than 60 days forfeits all deposit.
**Check In and Check Out times are both 12:00 pm noon, to allow sufficient time to clean and prepare for next guests.
**Cleaning Fee of $150. required to maintain pristine condition for all of our current & future guests. Additional funds may be deducted from Security Deposit, if home is not left in same condition, as when rented.
**Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, for stays less than 1 month, during the peak season from November thru April.
**Rental rates & Utilities may be negotiated for long term renters, based on requests & conditions.
**Garage height is exactly 82" for tall vehicles to clear entry inside garage space. Please - no oil stains on the driveway or inside garage. There will be an additional fee to power wash any oil stains left behind.
