The condo is beautiful and comfortable, and includes two spaces in the garage. The location is ideal, one block from main street, near the train station and many of the best restaurants. When we had a couple problems, Chris and his wife were very helpful.
The condo is larger than the photos make it seem. The A/C, TVs in each bedroom, washer and dryer are added pluses. We would rent there again and recommend it.
Everything about our stay at this condo was perfect! The location couldn't have been better for access to shopping and dining. Lovely decor - quality furnishings and linens. As one other reviewer mentioned, the enclosed parking garage was a big plus, as on-street parking is metered and closely monitored. The owners were great with communication all through the process of renting and our week-long stay. I'd definitely rent there again - and will for sure recommend it to friends. We couldn't have been much closer to the shops and restaurants of downtown Durango but yet the condo was very quiet. We enjoyed our days in this attractive, clean and comfortable condo. It was a good place to come back to after a day's adventure in the mountains and we were able to park our car, walk to a restaurant or bar, listen to music and walk back.
Beautiful property! Conveniently located! Perfect for my family! We walked in and immediately felt at home. There were 7 of us that stayed, 4 adults, 3 kids. The living space, kitchen, and dining area was great for meals and lounging after a full day. Having an enclosed garage space was an added bonus, and there was also convenient parking outside the front door. Upon arriving, my kids went to the "kids" bedroom and they were thrilled with all the space they had, the bunk beds, and the flat screen TV! In addition, Chris was very accommodating and the home was fully stocked (linens, kitchenware, etc.). Thanks for sharing your home!
Perfect location ! We were on a Girls Trip, 5 of us. We were able to Walk Everywhere ! Train station was right across the street. Restaurants & Brewery's were beyond wonderful. Trails to walk along the Animas River were just a couple blocks away. As was the grocery and liquor stores. Condo was beautiful and well equipped, beds were comfortable. Having the safety of the enclosed parking garage was a real bonus. Thank You so very much to the owner.

For our family of five, this condo was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and well-maintained. It was in a great location--a short walking distance to Michel's Corner's Crepes, the Animas River trail, and the historic railroad and furthermore, only about 40 minutes from Mesa Verde. We also took some of the owner's written suggestions and went on the historic home tour and swam at Durango's Rec Center. We were very pleased with our rental.
