Unit 1206 in Ocean Reef is a nice, gulf-front, 12th floor condo in Panama City Beach with a huge balcony and breathtaking views!

Upon entering this two bedroom, two bathroom condo, you will notice the open floor plan. The kitchen has been beautifully decorated and has many upgrades including white appliances, granite counter tops and all the kitchen gadgets, cookware, bake ware, utensils, glassware, coffee pot, blender and much more and all to make your stay as comfortable as if you were at home!

The dining room has a dark wood table that will accommodated dining for six and more at the counter with stools.

The living area has an amazing view of the emerald green waters of the gulf and the beach. It has an extra large, private, furnished balcony.

The master suite is accommodated with a king size bed, beautiful bed, private master bathroom with all bed and bath lines, flat screen TV, bedside lighting and entry to the balcony. If desired, you can let the sunset wake you in the morning or listen to the gentle sounds of the waves crashing on the shore as you drift off to sleep.

The guest room is great with another king bed,, bedside lighting, entry to the guest bathroom. All bed and bath lines are provided for your comfort.

Max Occupancy is 6 guests per unit per the fire marshal.is Each additional guest costs $50.00 per day .

A very relaxing month for my wife and I

When we arrived the condo was clean and well prepared for us to move in. We enjoyed our stay, the view was second to none and the weather was great. Little issues were quickly dealt with by Nina.

We would highly recommend this Property to anyone who wishes for a quiet and relaxing experience. You have access within minutes to all the amenities such are restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses etc.

We came to Panama City for the Little League World Series. Great location to the ballpark, but far enough away that it was nice and quiet. Older condo but well maintained. Excellent view and access to the beach and good pool and hot tub. Had a couple problems when we first arrived (very minor) and Nina personally showed up and took care of them. I give high marks to her, she was awesome.

Nice place!!

Nice and clean property. The pool was never over run with a lot of people. Only thing that was bad is there are no luggage carts but we adapted. Loved the huge balcony!!

Nice condo (5 stars) but amenities were marginal (1 star).

Upon arrival, we found no "welcome package" that seems to be standard at most condos. Things like wrist bands, parking pass, etc, we're not readily available and affected our use of the on site pool until the second day. The condo sleeps 6 and had numerous pillows but only 4 pillow cases. No bathroom soaps or washcloths were provided. Usually there's at least a bar of soap and a set of towels available on arrival but if you are notified early you can bring the items. Same for dishwasher pack. Most places offer one to use when you leave to run it with the dirty dishes but none were provided upon arrival. After the phone call to Nina on the first day, she had addressed the issues by the second day.

Overall, the condo was nice but it seemed like we were one of the first families to stay.

Owner's Response: Dear Greg When you rent a condo for 1 week from a private owner you should not expect a welcome package.you rented a privately owned unit , not the four seasons Hotel.That`s why the price is a lot cheaper than a full service hotel. In your check in e-mail for check in procedures you did not follow the directions , it clearly stated you need to get your wrist bands and parking passes on floor 6. They need your license plate for the parking pass , which I don`t have .You also didn`t pick up your wrist bands as stated in the check in e-mail.We got some additional wash clothes and dish detergent for you , 1 is not enough since you had 6 guests and surely were not only cooking 1 time...and you were not willing to buy any yourself, and stated you would leave the dishes dirty if none were provided.Again this is a condo not a 5 * hotel.The amenities you rated a 1 * were clearly stated in the property description , but I assume you did not read those either, just like the check in e-mail you didn`t read or coudn`t comprehend. We have rented this unit all season last year and this year, you were certainly not the first guest, but you definetely were one of the most ungrateful guests we have encountered .I recommend you book and pay for a 5 * all inclusive hotel next time

Relaxation at it's best

We had a great time at our home away from home. The condo was perfect and the huge balcony made it great for watching the sunset. We enjoyed sitting outside over looking the beach and waking up to the fantastic view.
