Description

Photos and Description of this 3 bedroom holiday condo in Siesta Key - Sea Club II Resort

Water Water Everywhere

Located on Little Sarasota Bay with dock and boat basin, the Bayview 2-! offers panoramic views of the water. Every window in the living room and sun room looks out onto all the activity on the water, with boats, birds, para-sailing, and kayaking. And guests have private access to Siesta Key's Crescent Beach, which is directly across the street.

The Bungalow is a separate house which is part of a condominium, Sea Club II Resort. Set on almost four acres of palms, oak and banyan trees, Sea Club II offers a calm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of Old Florida.

The bungalow features two full master suites each with a private bath, and a kids or "overflow" bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a private bath. There is also a half bath.

A full kitchen and laundry assure your stay is comfortable. The Bungalow is great for one family or two families to share the expense, or a family traveling with parents or in-laws.

The Bungalow features managers Rae and Mike onsite to help with plans, directions and to answer questions.

Weddings are a highlight of the resort and Sea Club II is a perfect venue.

Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday.

Check in at 4:00 PM and check out at 10:00 AM.

If special consideration is needed please inquire.

No smoking is permitted on the property.

About Garey

As a native of Sarasota, I grew up riding horses on Siesta Key and building bonfires on the beach at night with my friends. Things have changed a lot but I would never think of leaving. I love the Key as much now as I did then.

Garey purchased this condo in 1985

Why Garey chose Florida South Central Gulf Coast

Walk to beautiful Crescent Beach, directly across the street, to enjoy sun and surf or to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the sun at the swimming pool (heated during cold weather) or the shade in our picnic and Bar-B-Que area. Fish for snook, red fish or jack crevalle off our fishing pier, or rest there for a while to see how many different types of boats and birds pass by. Visit the many shops and restaurants in nearby Siesta Village, enjoy local attractions such as the Ringling Museum and Mansion, Selby Gardens, or take a day-trip to one of many famous Florida attractions.

What makes this condo unique

Sit and watch the birds during the day and enjoy the boat lights at night. Near all kinds of activities, yet quiet and peaceful. Intimate enough for a couple yet large enough to handle two families and events. Bicycle and kayak rentals are available nearby. We love weddings.

Roomy retreat, beautiful view

  • 5 of 5

This house at Sea Club on Siesta Key surprised us with its spaciousness and serene view of the Intracoastal Waterway. We rented it for a family reunion, and eight of us slept comfortably. Two bedrooms have kings and one has two sets of bunk beds. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, and there is a fourth bath off the living area. Several of the chairs and sofas fold out to futon beds.

It looks like the paint, art, and furniture have been recently updated, and the kitchen is clean and well stocked. Washer and dryer. There are two fobs for beach access, which is right across Midnight Pass Road, and there is a lot of information available on local attractions, bike and kayak rentals, etc.

The living area has windows on three sides looking out on the water, so it has an open airy feel to it. We had two adults sleeping out there on the futons, and everyone was comfortable. There's also a decent-sized glass table with chairs for meals or games. And the house is all on one level, which helps with walkers or strollers. There's even a friendly egret named Charlie who comes to visit.

Just to be clear, when I say "house," this is a totally separate house that is part of a condominium property. So no worries about noisy neighbors. The property manager is on site and very helpful. Her name is Ray (or Rae?). I'd recommend this house for a big family or even two families to relax and enjoy Siesta Key in a spacious but homey retreat. We plan to come back next year.

1st time our family has been to Siesta Key and Oh My what a beautiful relaxing family vacation! The condo at the Sea Club II met all of our needs! I was hesitant at 1st because I wanted Oceanside but the bay is equally nice! We saw dolphins several times, kids or adults could fish and I really liked drinking my coffee or cocktails out by the water! The condo is beyond stocked with things even spices if you wish to cook! The beach is across the street and is about a 10 min walk and the location is 30 min or less for other areas to venture to. We went Caspersen beach to shark tooth hunt (very fun) Anna Maria island, St Armand's Circle, and Siesta village is only a 5 min drive! Only issues we had was wth the wifi and I wasn't really concerned but it was addressed and quickly repaired! Really enjoyed our time and we will be back! Thank you Gary!
