It has access irectly to the river and is ideal if you want a quiet vacation in the beautiful nature, to listen flow of the river and birds singing, but still want to be close to the sea, beaches and tourist area.

Close to the house is also a bike and beautiful walking trail along the river to the sea.

You'll love to stay in this comfortable house in the nature, right next to the river.

It's air-conditioned, well equipped and located near village Zrnovnica, 8 km from Split.

Close to the house is also a bike and beautiful walking trail along the river to the sea.

You'll have exclusive access to the house and large 300 m2 fenced garden with outside fireplace, table and chairs, parasol and outside shower.

It's ideal for a quiet family, couples or friends vacation where you can fully enjoy the nature and can still quickly arrive to the Split city or small coastal towns like Stobrec and Podstrana with lots of beaches, all within 10 min drive.

You can use ground floor of the house that consists of a living room, bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

First floor is not finished and is not used by anyone, therefore you'll have the whole house with the garden for rent just for yourself.

There's a shaded patio in front of the entrance so you can choose whether to use table and chairs right next to the river or next to the entrance of the house.

Spacious living room has an air-condition unit, LCD TV with satellite channels and cozy sofa sleeping two people.

Kitchen is well equipped with oven, stove, big fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, cutlery etc. allowing you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bedroom has one comfortable double bed.

Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

We'll also provide you speed Wi-Fi internet, fresh linen, towels, iron and ironing board.

Baby cot can be arranged for free, please ask in advance.

All this makes this house an ideal choice as your base from where you can experience a great vacation in Croatia.

Amazing place

We had the most amazing holiday, our lovely little cottage with fruit trees in the garden, a river at the bottom of the gaeden, with ducks and wildlife on tap, surrounded by mountains, and trees. The cottage is well equipped caters for all needs, good wi, comfortable homely space. Our host Miro and Ana were lovely so very kind and nothing was a problem, good location for supermarket, a lively restaurant, a quint little bar, and the bus stiop Only minutes away to go venture out and explore we loved it so much we are booking to return next year, if you want to just recharge and chill this is the place for you

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Grünen

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft und alles war hervorragend. Sehr schöner Garten, man durfte das angebaute Obst und Gemüse selbst pflücken, was sehr lecker war. Die Vermieter Miro und Ana haben sich um alles gekümmert. Der schöne Garten wurde von den Vermietern gepflegt und bewässert, während wir selbst nicht im Haus waren und sie haben uns noch Obst, Gemüse und Eier hingestellt. Die Vermieter kamen nie unangekündigt, sondern fragten vorher immer nach, wann es für uns am besten ist. Sie waren für uns erreichbar, haben schnell geantwortet und sind auf unsere Wünsche sofort eingegangen. Noch ein Tipp: Auf der anderen Seite vom Fluss (gegenüber vom Garten) geht ein sehr schöner Weg bis zum Strand von Podstrana. Man läuft gemütlich ca. eine Stunde am Fluss entlang. An der Strandpromenade gibt es ein Riesenrad, einen Spielplatz und verschiedene Geschäfte. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Gartengrundstück zur Erholung

Hier handelt es sich um ein einfach aber sehr funktional ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit einem Erholungsbereich am Fluss der incl. Grillkamin und Außendusche wirklich schön gestaltet ist Alles benötigten technischen Geräte wie Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Wasseroberfläche und bei Bedarf auch die Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. WLAN und SAT-TV funktionieren einwandfrei, auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man gut frühstücken oder auch andere Malzeiten einnehmen.Im Ort (100 m entfernt) gibt es 2 schöne Restaurants, der Bus in die Umgebung ist nur 50 Meter entfernt. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Paket incl. sehr netttes Vermieter-Ehepaar die gern Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten für den persönlichen Verbrauch bereit stellen. Wir werden diese schöne Unterkunft in Meer-Nähe gerne weiterempfehlen.
