Any gourmand worth his or her weight in salt will delight in the gourmet kitchen. There are stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, accoutrements galore, and a two-seat breakfast bar for morning noshes. A dining room table offers a spot for formal dinners.
This home has four massive bedrooms to sleep all eight guests. The master boasts a king bed, hardwood floors, and an en-suite bath with standalone shower and garden tub. A sliding glass door leads to a patio overlooking the pool and hot tub. There are two more bedrooms with queen beds (one of which has its own en-suite bath), and a final room with a king bed. Another bath is down the hall.
This home boasts a lot of luxury. You also get a private pool, hot tub, a washer and dryer, free WiFi, central AC, five TVs, and two adult-size bikes. There's also a gas grill, and two dogs are allowed for an additional fee.
Destin is a beautiful town on the Florida panhandle. You can fish or sunbathe to your heart's content or savor a great repast at a seaside eatery in town.

We loved this place! Both the indoors and outdoor area were amazing.
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The beds were extremely comfortable. The home looked to be professionally decorated, and was lovely.
We will rent this property again. It is in a great location! It's decorated beautifully and has everything you could want after a long day at the beach; pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The strikes against the property are minor, but are also simple to fix so they would receive an excellent rating. The only reason I am even listing these are because it is advertised in an email they send you prior of "What not to pack", as in we've got you covered. Not completely accurate.
1. More/better towels in each bathroom. There were not enough for all guests, and starting to smell old, so I would bring your own.
2. Only two garbage sacks in the kitchen for a 3 day stay.
3. Not enough silverware. Plastic glasses/regular everyday glasses. We just bought solo cups for our stay.
4. Bathroom in master needed a better cleaning. Needs a garbage can too.
5. Bikes have rusted chains and are not really rideable- need a clean up and tuneup. Good news is that there is a bike rental place down the street- rental rates are very cheap. Also- sand toys are minimal in the shed. We just picked up cheap bucket of toys at the grocery store.
Overall great location, really cute house and would rent again.
I work in hotels. Lots of lack of attention to detail. Beautiful house. But cockroaches. (I lived in both central and south Florida. It can be controlled). Cobb webs throughout baseboards and in kitchen below cabinets. Pool was green when we arrived and the dust. WOW. On everything. Framed art. Ceiling fans. Everywhere. Headboards for beds.
That said. Great location. Awesome beach. And the backyard was amazing. Quite area. And the local manager did get the pool cleaned immediately on Sunday. Nice surprise. Would I do it again. Maybe. But I would call ahead and make sure they clean properly and spray for bugs. I paid a hefty sum for a week and NEVER once ate at the house because of the filth and cockroaches. Just beware.
The property was in excellent shape. We enjoyed the lay-out of the home as the master was at other end of home away from the others. Also it was like having 2 masters as 2nd bedroom had king bed and separate bath too. AWESOME
We rented this home for 5 nights in July 2016 and selected this home based upon the advertised amenities, which proved misleading. Upon our arrival, we found the pool to be green, broken pool stair ladder, rust stained concrete back patio, and electrical on hot tub not working. When reporting these to the property management company, it required several calls across 2 days to drive resolution (only to the pool) and loss of all outdoor amenity use for 2 1/2 of the 5 days rental. On the interior, we also reported to them a missing bathroom door handle, towel rack torn from the wall, and cockroaches in the kitchen; which were addressed the next day.
We found the property management company to be unconcerned with delivering exceptional service to ensure our vacation was relaxing and that the property matched its' online profile. As a pool was a requirement in our rental search, we asked for a partial refund for our loss of use; the property management company assessed this loss at a mere 8% of our rental cost. We rent properties in the area every year for family vacations and will never again choose a property managed by this company.
On a positive note, the interior is as advertised. Very nicely decorated, perfect layout for family gatherings, great entertainment options (TV/Sound), and WiFi. It's walking distance to the beach was also as advertised.
My hope is that the property owner takes this review as an opportunity to reconsider their management company and improve the outdoor amenities.
