48 Tetuan is a lovely pueblo villa boasting an incredible sun terrace, offering sun throughout the day together with a magnificent view of the mountains. For sun worshipers you will be able to watch the sun rise and fall from the privacy of your own terrace. The terrace also boasts a built-in BBQ, allowing you to dine outside in the balmy Spanish evenings. Set in beautiful gardens the main area offers two pools, one being the children pool. For those who feel a little more energetic bole courts are close by and available for use by all guests. Adjacent to the pools is the 'Vanilla' restaurant, which serves excellent food in the evening & by day offers a full range of snacks, meals and drinks. The pueblo villa offers 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin & 1 refurbished bathroom. the comfortably furnished lounge / dining area offers 2 further full sized sofa beds, Cable TV complete with a selection UK channels / sport / film channels etc and DVD player. Fully equipped / recently refurbished kitchen.

Nerja was originally a small fishing town yet despite the fact that it has grown over the years it has maintained its charm and character. Moreover, Nerja boasts one of the best climates in Europe, regularly experiencing in excess of 320 days of sunshine a year. In addition, the area has an abundance of activities, some within walking distance such as diving, walking, horse riding. Other attractions are little further afield, but easily achievable by car such Gibralter approx 3 hrs (Duty Free shopping / Apes), Granada approx 2 hrs.(Alhambra Palace / Skiing), Nerja Caves 3 km, Marina Del Este 22 km, Nerja Golf approx 20km, Golf at Almunacar approx 22km.

Why Stephen & Marian Dale chose Nerja area

The first time we went to Nerja we loved the place. whilst the town has grown over the years it has maintained its charm and character. The town has much to offer - panoramic views from the Balcon de Europa, numerous shops and restaurants for all tastes. Oasis de Capistrano is aptly named, it boasts beautiful well kept gardens all year round, with bursts of colour everywhere.

What makes this villa unique

The property has a lovely secluded terrace which gets sun throughout the day. it is conveniently sited near the road, with few steps up the property. Whilst the property is only 4-5 minutes walk from the main pool and restaurant area, its location shelters it from any noise.

Perfect Villa

Lovely well equipped spacious villa in a perfect after location on the his sought after complex. The Villa had every home comfort you would need for your stay including a fab BBQ on the large terrace, we made lots of use of on nights where we didn't venture into town. The aircon was much appreciated as was the well equipped kitchen and cheerful décor. Booking was very easy and owner were extremely helpful with any questions or queries we had. Would definitely book again and recommend.

Lovely Villa!

Lovely spacious villa with everything you could possibly need in perfect location. We particularly enjoyed some great BBQ's on the huge terrace with a glass of vino or two on the evenings that we didn't venture into the town. Highly recommended on this sought after area of Nerja.

Lovely Villa, all the home comforts

Lovely, homely, clean, good location and private. Close walk to the beach and town, nice pool area although we didn't spend much time at the pool. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

The villa is set in beautiful gardens and surroundings of the urbanisation known as Oasis de Capistrano, which ideally sited to explore the delightful town and beeches of Nerja. This part of Andalucia experience some 300+ days of sunshine a year with activities to suit all tastes. Nerja itself is a vibrant cosmopolitan town, with an array of shops, places to eat. Beeches and coves are plentiful, most of which are well equipped with restaurants and services. With the main Mediterranean motorway being some 2 km from Nerja many of the major cities and towns are readily accessible for days trips etc, such as Granada, Malaga, Marbella.

Rates quoted are per week based on 4 No persons sharing (NB Not per individual). A supplement of £40 ppw (Age 2-12), £65 ppw (Age 12 ), (Age 2 under free). Winter rates are based on 2 people sharing. Additional persons during the winter period £30 ppw. Discounts are given for bookings of 3 or more weeks. Long winter lets are available upon enquiry. Bookings are Sat to Sat in high season.

A deposit of £100 per week is payable to reserve / secure the booking. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior to your departure. any breakages should be reported and replaced or paid for.

Cancellation Charges: 60 days or more 25% of the total cost; 60-30 days prior to date 50% of total cost; 30-0 days = 100%. Recovery maybe possible through your insurance, details provided on request.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

The extensive terrace 57m2 has built BBQ, large dining table and 6 chairs, large sun awning; 4 adjustable sunbeds. The terrace is walled on all sides to provide privacy, yet still offers sun all day together with stunning views of the mountains. When it all gets too much you can cool off under the cold water shower on the terrace.
