Or all that Boise has to offer. Boise gets hot in the summer and this house stays cool. ............................................................................................................................................................................
You can't find a better location than this to check out Boise
Close to the river and down town and I will help you with any suggestions
The house was as we expected. Very cute and quiet. It had all the amenities described and the owner was very friendly. It was a last minute and short stay for us but we would come back when it is just my wife and I again. I would recommend this to others.
This is the second time we have stayed here, this time for a month. Everything was perfect and well supplied. The owner is very attentive to any thing you may need. We will stay there again next time we visit Boise.
We enjoyed out stay. The house was comfortable. The location was close to the places that we visited. We also liked taking walks in the neighborhooh
To the defense of the owner it sounds like he may have thought some communication was being distributed through VRBO but never was. I was in the dark all the way up till arriving at the location as to how to obtain a key and what time check-in was. I was able to locate the property address by process of elimination on the aerial map. I had sent multiple communications through the VRBO messaging system and received no response. It was not until I called the day of check in that I later received a response.
The accommodation was well appointed and decently clean. There were some hair in the sheets but seemed like they had probably been washed. I believe the dry air and static clink caused the hair to not be removed during washing. I might suggest the use of dryer sheets when doing the wash.
For the price of the accommodation I would consider this a decent place to stay. The location is fantastic and the neighborhood is delightful.
Jody was very helpful in providing suggestions for unique Boise places to check out - food, parks, the nearby neighborhood market (a favorite), etc. he also supplies two old bikes for use - great for the river path (but not for mountain biking).
We stayed at the Blue House Cottage for a week visiting Boise. The location was perfect for us. We walked to downtown often as well a walked parts of the greenbelt. The large back yard was a wonderful place to read and relax after a day of golf or sightseeing. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The Cottage was well equipped with everything that was needed. Terry was very helpful and when I had a question he got right back to me. We would stay here again if we return to Boise. We were very comfortable.
Walk to BSU football games or dinner downtown, Bike the Greenbelt only blocks away,
