About this property

The brand new and private hot tub is a real plus and is available for guests booking reservations.!. The cottage has three bedrooms. (Four total beds - 2 queen beds and 2 full size beds in the largest room) and one bath with shower. It is nicely furnished with large leather sectional couch, brand new and efficient electric fireplace, individually heated bedrooms and a wall mounted heating and cooling system in living room. Enjoy fabulous panoramic lake views. Just steps down to Keuka's pristine shores. The perfect location for wine tasting or simply relaxing. Open and covered deck with dining table that seats 8 plus great sitting area with propane fire table. Enjoy a bonfire on the shared beach around the open fire pit. Just a 15 min drive to Hammondsport or Penn Yan- and 3 minutes into Branchport where you'll find two small grocery stores, the public library, a gas station, a church and a small restaurant.

We ask that you have parties only with registered guests - those people staying in the cottage. More than 6 people staying in the cottage - or having parties with additional non-registered guests will be subject to additional charges.

Sibling Reunion

The property was very good and fantastic location right on Keuka Lake. The weather was atrocious (cold and wet) when we were there (April 2-5, 2024) therefore we were unable to use the hot tub and the fire pit. I strongly recommend that the owner of the property put a roof over the hot tub so that it could be used during inclement weather.

Nice Getaway

We had a great time at Linda's cabin. It was amazing being so close to the lake. The hot tub was perfect on a chilly winter day.

Excellent

My friends and I stayed 3 nights at the cottage and it was exactly what we were looking for. The location is great, with many wineries, hiking trails and great restaurants just a short drive away. The cottage is clean and comfortable and the view from the large deck is spectacular. This was our first visit to the Finger Lakes but hopefully not our last!

Great family vacation

We always enjoy our time at Lake Kueka and the cottage was a perfect compliment to a great long weekend. Our kids loved the hot tub, fire pit and easy access to the lake for swimming. Linda was very welcoming and a great host. The location was perfect for us as it's close to many breweries and our favorite bakery in Hammondsport. We can't wait to return next year!
