The second and third bedrooms are separated from the main living area and master suite to provide greater privacy. The second bedroom hosts a queen size bed and TV and third bedroom has twin beds and a TV/VCR combo.

Canopy Walk is a great complex with hiking trails, a pool, a dock to fish off of and many other amenities. The condo was was in a perfect location just 15 minutes north of Flagler Beach and 5 minutes away from gas stations, grocery stores and a Starbucks. It was very clean and perfect for a weekend getaway.
Communications on using the condo prior to arrival were crystal clear, the use of keypad locks was a dream to work with. Views of the ICW made a delightful morning coffee experience. There are several shaded hiking/biking trails with great views taking off from the walkway on the property. The availability of boat slips was a plus for us. The nearby European Village, with multiple restaurants and shops - particularly loved Burrito 121 (Cuban food) and the Chop House. The bridge to A1A and the ocean is about a mile from the condo.
Location, location, location......this condo has it all! We enjoyed it 24 hours a day.
The pictures of the condo on this website are nice but the unit is alot more spacious in person. There was plenty of room for my large family. Never once did we feel cramped. Often times when we have rented condos in the past, the owners have their personal belongings in the closets, refrigerators, etc..Not the case here. We had plenty of space for our own things. The unit was very clean, had nice furnishings, and comfortable beds. The unit came equip with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The condo is located on the 2nd floor but we rarely used the elevator because there were only a few steps. The unit has a garage which we used for one of our cars and we never had an issue with parking our other car close to the steps leading to the condo. The complex itself is beautiful, well maintained, and quiet. One early morning I strolled down the trail by the docks and come across very friendly residents out walking their dogs. They advised me of nearby attractions, gave me the tips on the best time to view the manatees in the water, and one even gave me beach toys for my kids to use on the beach. The complex is in close proximity to beaches, stores, restaurants..and we took a short 25 minute drive to St. Augustine to go to the outlet mall.
The entire booking process was fast and easy thanks to Teri, the manager. She's the best! From start to finish she always responded to each of my inquiries and request very quickly. I had an issue where I could not start the washing machine. I emailed Teri about it and she immediately called me and offered to stay on the phone until the issue was resolved. (The cleaning crew had simply turned the water off to the washing machine to avoid leaks/flooding while the unit was vacant)...Teri also asked that I contact her when I checked out of the unit on Monday of this week so that she could notify the cleaning crew and have the refundable security deposit issued. The next day, this past Tuesday, Teri emailed me to advise she was processing the refund. This morning, which is Friday, I received an email from her to notify the refund for the security deposit should be in my account. I checked my bank account and there it was!
