B and B 420 is a marijuana friendly bud and breakfast.. I also give dispensary tours and teach classes on marijuana cultivation from A to Z..

This is a beautiful property in the Boulevard Gardens subdivision in SW Denver..This property is impeccably maintained.

Your breakfast is served in the form of a gift certificate each morning to Breakfast on Broadway, one of Denver's finest and most delicious breakfast restaurants.

The cottage is a one bedroom one bath 420 sq. ft. cottage in the back of my property. Amenities include, queen bed, couch with a pull out sofa with memory foam mattress, refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, shampoo and conditioner, 42" Samsung smart tv with wifi and a dvd player..The kitchen has plates and silverware and cooking utensils as well. There is also a patio set outside for guests who want to enjoy the beautiful landscaping..There is also a hammock in the back of the property..There are great views from the cottage as my property sits on top of a hill. There is a restored Keystone Gondola on the property that doubles as a smoke shack.(Weed Only!!)

There is an allotted two parking spaces for your vehicles in front of the main house on the far left side. Please do not block the far right side of the garage..

You can access the your cottage by the right side or the left side of the house. Please be careful as the beautiful Colorado buff flagstone pathways can be a bit uneven in spots. You're cottage is in the back of the property just North of the gazebo.

I offer dispensary tours to five of Denver's finest dispensaries. The tour is a hundred dollars and it is in a late model low mile Cadillac Deville. Kick back and let me take you to the finest dispensaries with the best weed Denver has to offer. Depending on which dispensary we go to I also receive some discounts for bringing in clients.

Please be courteous to the next tenants and leave all towels, silverware, etc. on site. Theft of any property will be reflected on the credit card used to book the room..

There is three dogs that share the property. They are my dogs and they are my babies. They are indoor dogs so you won't see them very much. But you might run into them on the property and they are all very friendly to people. There is two English Mastiffs and a Chihuahua. They might bark at you at first but they will stop after they have met you.

Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. Marijuana smoking is allowed inside the cottage and anywhere on the grounds.Cigarettes and any other tobacco products are allowed anywhere outside, but not inside anywhere at all. A one hundred dollar fine will be issued for any indoor cigarette smoking..

Hello, I'm Darrel Hoffman and the owner of B and B 420. I designed and built the guest house specifically to fill a void we had here in Colorado, marijuana friendly housing.

I have lived in Colorado for twenty years and pride myself in my knowledge of restaurants, fun things to do and local attractions..

B and B 420 has been open for almost a year now. I have 50- 5 star reviews between the three sites that I advertise on. All of them here in writing in my guest book that I leave in the cottage. I had no idea how much I was going to enjoy being the owner of a B and B but I love it and take it very seriously. Your happiness is my first priority.. I have also had a documentary filmed here which will be shown at this years Cannabis Film Festival and several articles written about B and B 420.. I picked this property because I fell in love with it at first sight. I knew the second I saw it that I was going to try and make it mine.

I could see the potential in this property. With a ground up renovation I believe the property has turned out beautifully and is living up to its original glory.

What makes this cottage unique

I bought this property because of the beautiful views. From the roof deck on the main house you have 360 degree views. Also great views from the guest cabin as well.

Highly recommend this host and his very special property.

We wanted to attend our niece's wedding in Denver but have a senior dog that we had no other options than to bring with us. We were thrilled to find this pet friendly vacation rental that was the perfect size and not only met all of our needs but was top notch accommodations and amenities that far exceeded our expectations.

The guest house/cottage was really nice and has fabulous views. The yard was very nicely landscaped and perfect for us and our dog. We settled in and felt comfortable right away and so did our dog (which was very important to us).

This is an exceptionally nice, new, clean, quiet, private place.

The breakfast place is close by and has fabulous food (and Bloody Mary's :-).

The host and his sweet dogs were wonderful. Barely saw the dogs but when we did, they were very mellow and loving. And Darrel was a fabulous host!! He is very accessible to answer questions, provide directions, etc. but also very respectful of our privacy.

This is a very special place and we hope to return someday.

Owner's Response: What great guests.. These two couldn't have been nicer and what a wonderful dog they have. Their dog and my dogs got along perfectly. My only regret was that they were only here for a couple of days. They truly were the ultimate guests, respectful, nice, polite and just all around a great couple.. If you're a renter and they inquire about your property, rent it to them and you will not be disappointed.

Great Property/Experience!

This was the first time for my wife and I in Denver, CO. Darrel was an awesome host and gave us many recommendations for food and dispensaries. He even provided a little treat for us when we arrived :) This is also a pet friendly place as we brought our dog Ariel who got along just fine with Darrel's four dogs. This B&B was conveniently located (about 15 minutes from Red Rocks and about 15 minutes from downtown Denver). Everything was clean and felt brand new and we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. Thanks again to Darrel and all his fur babies for an excellent experience!

Owner's Response: Wow, I have to say that VRBO has sent me nothing but the finest of guests. Sean, his wife and their puppy dog were absolutely the perfect guests. They left the place as clean as it was when I gave it to them. It was as if they didn't even have a dog with them. When I went in to clean there was no dog hair or any signs of a dog being there at all. They truly were the perfect guests and I would recommend them to any renter on VRBO. If they want it, rent it to them. I truly hope to see them back in Colorado again in the near future. Thanks again to both Sean and VRBO!!

Absolutely fantastic vacation stay!

My husband and I spent my birthday in Colorado recently and with the great fortune of finding this amazing B&B. It was absolutely perfect. Clean, quiet, private, spacious and with the extra special touches only our incredible and gracious host, Darrel managed to provide. Our experience was by far filled with many memories we will never forget. We highly recommend anyone wanting a unique and fun experience to stay here. You will leave with a huge smile. The Perfect Getaway

I just finished enjoying a nice, quiet and relaxing week's vacation at B and B 420 this past week. I must say, I was a little apprehensive about booking a rental that is located on the owner's property. However, this place was a perfect get-away that provided me the freedom to enjoy Colorado's finest weed and not have to worry about privacy. That and the fact that the owner, Darrel, was a great host. There were some very nice samples that were waiting for me when I arrived. On top of that, the place is new and very clean. The bottom line is, if you're an out-of-stater like me, you just want to come to Colorado, smoke the finest weed in the world and do so in the privacy of your rental (and anywhere outside), this is a great place to stay!

I'm not a big review writer, but feel compelled to provide others, who may be searching for a nice, clean and quiet place to stay in the Denver area, with an honest review. This place is the real deal and I'll definitely plan on staying again when I plan my next trip....John

He was here for a whole week and I never would have known he was here. He truly was a great guest who was personable and polite and obviously grew up with good values and morals. If you're a landlord and John wants to rent your property, just rent it to him. You will not be disappointed and you'll make a new friend in the process!!

This place was exactly as described and my expectations were met in every way. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here if you want to have a nice place to chill out and smoke. The owner is very hospitable and wants to make sure you enjoy yourself. The property is immaculate and the location is great.
