Take a walk along the water on the boardwalk surrounding the complex to the solar heated pool and hot tub with picnic area/bathrooms, a kitchen, and community laundry. This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer! A rarity here. Enjoy the flora and fauna in this impeccably landscaped complex with up lights at night and ambiance lighting at the pool. An assigned parking space is conveniently located close to the front door. There is also visitor parking available as well as parking for your boat trailer.
Bathrooms each have a hair dryer, hand and body soaps, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, tissues, Q-tips, cotton balls, etc. All linens, blankets, pillows and towels (including beach towels) are supplied.
The Master bedroom has a queen size bed with in-suite bath and sliders to the huge back lanai porch which is an extension of your living space. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds (trundle) and sliders to the front lanai porch with 2 Adirondack chairs for your comfort. It is here you will find grill tools, coolers, etc.
There is a spacious mirrored living room with sliders to the back lanai with amazing water views. It's a fantastic place to drink your coffee, catch the sunrise, read a book or just relax. It overlooks the canal and boat docks. Out the back door you will find a large dock with sun sails, a swing chair for two, a table and chairs and your own gas grill looking out to the lake. It is not uncommon to see alligators, sea otters, and numerous types of birds right out the back door.
The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and custom cabinetry. You will find a toaster oven and microwave, glass top stove, several glass options for cocktails or wine, coffee pot, cookware and bakeware. We supply enough dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, dry creamers, flour, spices, oils, vinegars, tin foils, plastic wraps, etc. to get you started. Off the kitchen you will find access to the front lanai porch (the same one as the guest bedroom).
Launch your boat at A.L. Anderson Park, just 1.5 miles away and dock it right outside your back door (maximum 20'). Enjoy all this 2,534 acre lake has to offer - fishing, waterskiing, tubing, jet skiing, and make sure to visit our waterfront restaurant (with docks), The Tarpon Turtle (about 3 miles North). Or, if you prefer, launch it at one of the many locations along the Gulf of Mexico, just minutes away, for a day on the salt water. Bask in the warm 90 degree (summer), 70 degree (winter) of the Tampa Bay area.

Need your beach time? Sunset Beach is only 5 miles away and Honeymoon Island Beach is a mere 10 miles away. It is also the pickup location for the ferry boat to Dr. Beach's Best Beach, Caladesi Island State Park. Relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.
Feel like a round of golf? The famous Innisbrook Golf Resort is just 1.2 miles away or drive just 11 miles to Spectrum Field to watch the Phillies during spring training!
Are you a bicycle enthusiast? Bring those bicycles. The Dr. Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail which starts in Tarpon Springs and goes all the way to St. Petersburg is only 3 miles away.
Just 4 miles North West is the Historical Greek Village of Tarpon Springs, the sponge capital of the world. Prepare to be charmed by this quaint little sleepy village. A treat not to be missed. Incredible fresh seafood, shopping, working shrimping and sponging boats, and a very busy community calendar.
In addition to all this, there is an abundance of shopping, great restaurants, and parks nearby. The International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is only 20 miles away. Dunedin and Palm Harbor are also great venues for shopping and dining and are only 8.8 and 4.2 miles away respectively.
