The space is modern and inviting with a large living room complete with a sofabed, cable TV, and WiFi. The studio offers one full bath. Guest will rest easy on a queen bed and queen sofabed, set up to accommodate up to four visitors.
Light beckons from the balcony which overlooks the marina and fishing pier along the sound! Dine on the balcony or inside on the table for two. The kitchenette is small but mighty, with a miniature oven and stove top, microwave, and refrigerator.
Resort amenities include central AC and shared laundry facilities. Lounge under palm trees outside or take advantage of Pirates Bay offering charcoal grills, two pools, and a private beach! Dive off the dock near home or boat to Okaloosa Island just two miles away.
Downtown is your oyster just a mile and a half away featuring drinks at The Boardwalk and souvenir shopping at Uptown Station. Feed dolphins at the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park or play a round of miniature golf at Goofy Golf.

This place is not just old but outdated and badly maintained, the building, the grounds and the unit.
The unit is the size of a motel room, can't really cook there, small and old stove , sink, refrigerator combo and another small refrigerator inside the closet wich one of the doors loose. Popcorn ceiling falling on top of the tub, rusted curtain rod, etc
The biggest complaint is how uncomfortable the couch bed is. Other than that we were happy ????
If you're looking for a home away from home this is the place for you. The location is perfect.... Olive Garden is within walking distance, IHOP is a five minute drive up the street right along with Captain D's Seafood Restaurant. Very clean condo, friendly neighbor's, serene mini beach on property with the pier for fishing!!! At night there is a light show off that displays off the water. Along with so much more this is better then staying at any hotel. (In my opinion)
Our overall visit was great. Other than the small issues that were listed above it was nice. We also had an issue with the patio door and I called and someone called to inform me of the time frame maintenance would arrive. They came that day and fixed it. So, the response was prompt. Thanks for allowing us to stay at the property!!!
Please be advised that there is no stove, so you have to use the grill by the pool. Other than that, the accommodations were nice and clean. Nice stay for a couple weekend.
