Great Ocean Front Ground Floor 2 Bedroom Condo Great Location is Family Friendly

Our condo is perfectly located in Seagrove Beach, FL which is between Seaside and Rosemary Beach on 30A and is 25 minutes from Destin and 25 minutes from Panama City Beach. The white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are within a mere few steps from our walk out ground floor ocean front condo. This area of the pan-handle has been rated by Costal Living Magazine as one of the best beach towns in America and two of their Dream Houses has been built within four miles of our condo.

Obviously, if you are visiting 30A you are probably wanting to spend some time outside. Our corner unit has a large beautiful ocean front yard where you can relax or play with the kids. Take a look at the pictures, it is a huge area that very few people have access and truly makes our place feel much bigger than any other unit. Access to the beach is only 20 yards from the Condo and you don’t have to worry about elevators or lobbies, just walk out the back deck and you are at the beach. There is beach service available to rent and they also rent kayaks and paddle boards next to our beach access. If you prefer the pool, it is ocean front and only steps from the back deck as well. So bring your swimsuits no matter what time of year as the pool is heated to 85 degrees in the winter and right next to it are two well-maintained gas grills. Maybe the best outside experience is walking out either of the two sliding glass doors and enjoy a beverage with an ocean view on the outdoor dining set.

If you prefer to stay inside for the day, you can relax in our newly renovated condo which features a 55 inch flat screen or cook a meal with our newly added stainless steel appliances. The Condo, that features beautiful Travertine tile floors throughout, is a two bedroom condo with an ocean front Master bedroom featuring an on suite bathroom and an extra bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Don’t worry, the bunk beds are adult weight bearing bunks that can accommodate four adults or if you prefer the couch in the living room it folds out into a queen size bed. Our kitchen not only has great appliances but also is fully stocked for any of your cooking experiences either inside or out. The ocean front living room/dining room is opened up to the kitchen and has a queen size fold out couch, a 55 inch flat screen TV, high speed internet with WiFi, a wet bar, and a table that seats six. Also, don’t forget the essentials as we have a wash & dryer, 2 parking spots, a pack-n-play, 2 beach chairs, and you can walk to many good restaurants, shops, a convenient store, a liquor store, a donut shop, bike & marine rental shop, pizzeria, and a fresh seafood store within minutes. The unit sleeps 6 and we do not allow pets.

We are a family that truly loves the beach but we work and live in Illinois. We bought Beachcrest 104 after vacationing all over the panhandle and falling in love with this area. The beaches are beautiful, restaurants are great, and this location was one of our very favorite. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We love this property because it is perfectly located only about a mile from Seaside and the amenities are great. Ocean front, ground floor, huge yard, ocean front pool, and even though you are in a condo complex our unit provides solitude because it is on the ground floor and is the corner unit. These were all the things that we looked for when we were renting.

This condo is a gem in the best location of Seagrove!

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 child) had the best vacation staying at this lovely condo. To me, it is the best condo at Beachcrest. All of the furniture, decorations and updates are high end. Loved the shabby chic sofa and chairs. All 5 of us could comfortably lounge in the condo.

The corner bottom unit is key too! No waiting on an elevator to go down to beach/pool. You just walk out your patio. Also could sit on our porch and watch our kids swim at the pool. Also being on the bottom unit gave a wider patio (that the upper units don't have) b/c we could spill out into the grass in front of our unit. The only negative of the bottom unit is you do not have a clear view of the ocean. The dunes/shrubbery are really tall. It would be GREAT if the property reduced the height of these trees/shrubs. However, this unit does have a small gulf view of the ocean from the patio, which the other 2 units beside ours did NOT have. So, even with this not having a full ocean view, it's still the best unit in my opinion.

Another reason I think it's the best was safety. If we were on the beach, the kids could run up to the condos & enter through the patio instead of going through the security gates and being on the outside of the building, then having to ride the elevator up to a condo.

Another reason is the bunk room. Super sturdy bunk beds that did not wobble or shake. This is one of the only units that have a bunk room. Most of the other units have twin beds or a double. The bunk room was great b/c we didn't have to use the living room as a bedroom at night and gave us more privacy. My husband and I could wake up and have our coffee without having to tip toe around someone sleeping in the middle of the condo.

The owner is very responsive & helpful.

Beachcrest is really a bike ride away from everything. We parked our car when we arrived and did not get in it until we left to go home. We could walk to Cafe 30A, walk or ride bikes to Seagrove market, seaside & watercolors.

Truly a delightful & affordable place to vacation on 30A. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We plan on coming back next summer.

Beautiful Condo, wonderful location.

The condo was in a great location on 30A. Away from the busyness of Seaside, yet only a short bike ride away! The beaches are absolutely gorgeous. We brought our bikes, and were able to safely leave them at the bike rack provided by the condos. The unit has been beautifully renovated, and was perfect for our family. It was great to be able to walk right out to the beach and pool access without hassling with the elevators. This was such a family friendly beach and location! I'm pretty sure our sons (7 & 10) met at least 20 new friends! We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back! The master bedroom is a little stuffy, so if you get warm easily and like to sleep with a cooler temperature make sure to bring a small fan. Besides that it was PERFECT!

Loved it!

Thank you to the Hodges' for sharing your wonderful condominium with us. The condo was clean, comfortable and beautifully renovated. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking easy.

We loved the location on the bottom floor as it was steps from the pool/beach access. The grassy area was great for throwing the football and playing bocce ball. Furthermore, we still had a view of the ocean.

The beach was fabulous with chair/umbrella rentals, kayaks and paddle boards. Our boys, 6 and 8, had a wonderful time and made friends.

I highly recommend this condominium and complex. The owners, Nathan and Misty, reached out to us prior to the trip and during the trip which was above and beyond our expectations. Additionally, prior to arrival they sent a very informative email with recommendations for restaurants, fish markets, etc. We bought fresh red snapper, shrimp, salmon and tuna sashimi from Goatfeathers which was delicious. Additional recommendations include Pizza By the Sea in Watercolor (next to the Publix grocery store) and Great Southern Cafe in Seaside (worth the long wait). On Friday nights in Seaside grab your chairs and blankets for movie night at the amphitheater in town center.

We will definitely be back next year!

My sister and I stayed for a 3 day weekend and absolutely loved the condo! It was beautifully updated and in a perfect location in Seagrove. We also loved that it was on the ground floor. It made moving in/out our luggage very easy!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous decorating

This was our second stay in this unit. It was great last time and great this time. We love having the accessibility to our room without having to wait on the elevator or climb the stairs. The sliding glass doors are really difficult to open and close. I couldn't figure out what the problem was but it definitely needs some attention. The emergency alarm was triggered our last night there. After standing in the parking lot for 10 min someone suggested that we needed to call 911. Sure enough they had not been notified. No one could get a hold of the management company which was extremely frustrating. Since the alarm company didn't contact the fire department they had to walk through each floor to check for fire. It was a pretty long hour, especially after having to wake up small children who were previously asleep. This is not the owners fault by far but I do think it needs to be brought to their attention so it can be addressed at a home owners meeting. All in all it was a great stay. We would love to come back again next year - providing the sliding glass doors are fixed.
