The location of this spacious apartment is prime for those who enjoy the outdoors, we are in close proximity to trails and lakes. The two bedroom apartment which can comfortably accommodate 5 people includes indoor and outside fireplaces available. The apartment is located near bus stop in South Anchorage, Dimond Center, Shopping, Airport, restaurants, cinema. Also in close proximity to Campbell Creek park and minutes from the airport.

This place has stained cabinets, new counter tops and new vinyl flooring and new lighting fixtures. It is fully furnished with comfortable couches and a fireplace. A fire pit is also in the yard, weather permitting. It's a rustic feel and the beds are super comfy.

Guests have access to the laundry room on site and also to wifi. Croquet and bocce ball for use in the years. They are available in the unit. I don't mind socializing with guests but also like to allow guests their own privacy. I'm available by cell and live upstairs.

The place is very close to shopping centers on Dimond Center in South Anchorage including dimond center, Costco, Freddy's, and other shops and restaurants.

The bus stops right outside the property. The front door faces the yard so guests have the feeling they are away in the woods with several birch and spruce trees in the yard. It is solitude in the city.

The property is near bus stops that take you to the mall or towards downtown but most travelers tend to drive cars or use rentals to get around Anchorage. We can accommodate no more than 2 parking spots.
