Good sized swimming pool for use by the complex, (only 30 apartments) The swimming pool is equipped with sunloungers and parasols.
We chose this property primarily because of it's location. Kapparis is open all year round providing restaurants, bar and shops within a few minites walk. The pretty sandy beach called Firemans Beach is 8 minutes level walk fromt the appartment, making it ideal for holiday makers. The complex pool is open all year around and the apartment is situated so that the balcony can get the sun all day, ideal for holidays taken either late or early during the year, there is nothing nicer than waking up and taking breakfast sitting on the balcony in the sun.
Apart from the benefits mentioned above, we have furnished this apartment to a high standard, trying to include everything that people will need to make their stay more enjoyable.
Apartment was well equipped. Bathroom and room sizes all good. DVD's for the wee ones kept children occupied. Plenty of excellent restaurants locally, Karas, Italian, Faliros all good. Cafe Mello was nice as well. Beach lovely just down the road.
Excellent week. One of the best equipped apartments I have stayed in. Quiet building, pool all to myself! Lots of facilities still open nearby. Great terrace for relaxing on. Will stay again.
A much needed half term break from teaching. We have stayed in Kapparis many times and this apartment is one of the best. It is clean and well maintained, 5 minutes walk from Kennedy Avenue and its bars and restaurants, 10 minutes walk from Fireman's Beach. The balcony gets the sun from dawn to dusk!
We stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks it was home from home. It has everything you require, extremely well equipped kitchen. A lovely balcony and excellent restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Fireman's cove very close for a beautiful beach. We hope that we shall be able return next year as it is very suitable for people with a slight disability
First time we stayed in this apartment in July 2013. It was a wonderful 3 weeks holiday, we've enjoyed the place, and we've chosen this apartment again for our vacation this summer. Apartments are equipped with everything you may need, and even more (e.g. there is a parking place and you can use the pool). Howard (the guy who looks after the apartment) was very helpful and friendly.
The location is good, Kapparis isn't noisy compared to Protaras, and the nearest beach (the Fireman's Beach) is only 15 minutes walk from the apartment (as we've mentioned, the pool downstairs is available as well).
To conclude, we are 100% satisfied and will not seek any other place as long as this apartment is available.
We would recommend to rent a car, but this is a general recommendation for Cyprus as the rental cars are relatively inexpensive whilst public transport is an issue.
An excellent 4 week stay. The apartment was perfect, we could not have wished for anything better. Howard was very helpful regarding any local enquiries we had.
It was the first time we had visited this area of Cyprus and discovered the most beautiful coastline imaginable. The food and service in the local restaurants was very good. We would definitely return.
The description of the facility was accurate. We got good service. The owner answered to all our questions via e mail, so we felt safe. The property was clean and well maintained. We made most of our meals in the apartment and the equipment-level was good. We rally enjoyed staying for almost 5 weeks.
There was restaurants and shops near the property. There were quite good buss connections to surroundings.
Set in the heart of Kapparis, in a quiet residential area, on the East Coast of Cyprus, this luxury apartment is within easy walking distance of the Beach, excellent Restaurants and the local Shops. Only five minutes walk takes you to one of the top restaurants in the East of Cyprus. Walk to one of the great Meze houses for a traditional meal, or go Italian, or Chinese, the choice is endless.
The town of Paralimni is only a few minutes drive away and has major supermarkets, including a new Carrefour and Lidl.
Protaras, a popular family resort, offers a further range of bars and restaurants and is only 10 minutes drive. As is the famous Fig Tree Bay with its water sports and wide sandy beaches. In the area are a range of historic sites, museums and one of the largest Water Parks in Europe.
The airport at Larnaca is only 45 minutes drive on the east west highway. Car hire can be arranged with a car waiting for you at the airport - with instructions on how to find the apartment.
