This spectacular 2 bedroom/3 bed/ 2 bath with sleeper sofa is close to the ocean and is 1300 sq. ft.; It can sleep 6-7.

The space

All of our condo rentals are "ocean view". We do not offer "resort view" or "coastline view". We offer two bedrooms (with two king suites), two bedrooms (with one king suite and two double beds), and one bedroom units. All units include one premium queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. We offer beach chairs and an umbrella in every room for your convenience and savings.

Guest access

Check in time is 4pm | Check out time is 11 am

Guests have free access to:

- Fitness Center

- 3 restaurants ( 3800 Ocean, Reef Tiki Bar, Lagoon Cantina)

- 2 pool areas one including a kid's designated water slide and water fall

- Free towels available at pool

- Valet parking is $27 per day by Marriott

To assist with any of your needs during your stay with us, we have a full-time operations manager, housekeeping staff approved by Marriott, and a maintenance man on duty.

The neighborhood

Located about 12 miles from Palm Beach International Airport and 55 miles north of Ft. Lauderdale, Singer Island is perfectly situated at the crux of all of Palm Beach County's vacation offerings.

Several of South Florida's luxury malls are just a 10 minute ride away including The Gardens Mall and Palm Beach Outlets. Other world-class shopping include Worth Avenue on Palm Beach.

Palm Beach County also offers a diverse food scene to fit any dining style. Sightseeing and local attractions are endless and include world-class golf courses, theaters, and museums.

Getting around

Automobiles are not required. However, many guests bring their own cars or use Uber, Lyft, and taxis for transportation.

I would not stay there again

I recently stayed in Unit 911 of this building and I would not stay there again for the following reasons:

1) The manager- I had a problem with the toilet (more below) and contacted Him to address. I returned that afternoon and found a dirty toilet plunger in the middle of the kitchen and called Him to remove and sanitize kitchen floor. He immediately informed me he was not happy that I called him during a meeting (Tuesday afternoon), and cursed me several times (why the blank are you calling me, what the blank do you want from me, get out of the blanking condominium if you don't like it. I personally would not rent any place that was associated with him (I am sure he will respond to my post and try to refute, however there is no disputing the above),

2) The toilets in the condominium were problematic and would not flush 1/2 of the time- we actually used the lobby bathrooms much of the time due to these toilets,

3) several doors to bedrooms and bathrooms did not work and would either not stay open or would not stay closed; we had to use our shoes as door stops during our stay

4) to my surprise, I noticed the resort was not easily accessible to people with handicaps- the doors in the hotel lobby were large and heavy and did not have any way for someone in a wheelchair to open these doors- when I asked management about this, they responded that the front desk people are responsible for assisting these people, however did not have an answer to my question of what happens in an emergency if no one is available to assist? I was surprised by this response and plan to inform the state about this issue.

Owner's Response: We are sorry this guest was disappointed with our service. We will try harder. We manage 16 condos at this 4.5 star resort with almost all 5 Star reviews on VRBO. Our professional Marriott approved cleaning company has served us well since 2009 and abide by very strict codes of behavior with continual training. We do not doubt this guest continually had commode issues for reasons that were apparent upon meeting him. Our employment policy is standard industry policy in the service industry . . using profanity by our managers or vendors towards a guest is grounds for immediate dismissal. After investigation we find that charge to be a complete fabrication. We are sorry we failed this guest, wish him well, and suggest he rent an ADA (disability) condo directly from the Marriott in the future.

Absolutely Beautiful property

We had 6 ladies staying here and were very co mfortable. Excellent service from Marriott staff. Pools and food were excellent. Blender in room for endless margaritas!! We will be back!!
