Independent countryside villa in Sarzana, a cozy ancient town on the border between Tuscany and Liguria, 15 min drive from famous Cinque Terre and 10 min from Lerici, the Gulf of Poets. Very well connected with Highway and Railways (Rome, Milan, Florence, the Sarzana exit and train station are at just 3km). Pisa airport is at 40min drive, Florence at 1 hour. Very conveniently located at 5 min walk to the pedestrian and restaurant area of the historic Sarzana (see rooms description below)

The space
The villa has 5 rooms with private toilet and shower and it can host 8 adults and additional 2 children:
Room 1+2 (Renaissance) : on the first floor with independent entrance has a queen bed (180x200) and a separate room with sofa bed (140x190) that can accommodate one adult or 2 children. Bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi, and windows.
Room 3 (Romantic): on the ground floor with independent entrance has a queen bed (180x200) and a bathroom with shower and window.
Room 4 (Art Deco): on the first floor, connected with the main house, has a double bed (160x190) and a toilet with shower.
Room 5 (Liberty): on the first floor, connected with the main building, has small double bed (140x190) and can accommodate one adult or two children.
The villa in Tuscan country style offers to the guests a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove and dishwasher) and a laundry.
The external area is equipped with garden furniture, a dining area with BBQ.

Guest access
Guests have access to a shared swimming pool (6x11 meters) and the green area.

Lage, Ausstattung, Größe ein Traum

wir waren sicherlich nicht das letztemal in dieser Anlage. Hier passt wirklich alles. Und der Ort Sarzana ein geheimtipp! sollte man eigentlich nicht weitersagen. Toller Ort tolle Lokale und Bars. Wir kommen wieder!

I always dreamed on a house near the beach and a beautiful garden. Sarzana has a perfect location outside the crowd of the beaches, but very near the sea and many other tourist location. The house is so near to pedestrian area, so after the pool, you can grab a pizza or a gelati in 5 minutes walk
