Free use of 18' Fiesta Fish and Fun PONTOON w/ 60-hp Mercury. If you’re into fishing we include fishing rods or you also have the option to hire a local charter. Must have boating experience to use boat.


This home is located in New Port Richey just 15 miles North of Clearwater in a beautiful waterfront community. Enjoy IMMEDIATE ACCESS to the GULF.

Waterfront home includes a heated pool, Pontoon Boat, Kayaks, access to private Gulf-front beach with cabanas, barbecue grills, and picnic tables.

The beaches along the Sun Coast of Florida are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The string of beaches from Anclote Key in the north to Fort De Soto in the south, covers over 36 miles that include Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, Fred Howard Park, Clearwater Beach, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach.

This 1700 square foot home is tastefully furnished with yearly updates. Master bedroom has king-size bed, large closet, 32" TV with DVD player. Second bedroom has one queen and one twin bed with TV and DVD player. The Florida Room overlooks the water, includes leather furniture. Check out the pool table in the game room. Wireless internet, bikes, fishing rods, Kayaks all included.

2016, New leather furniture and coffee and end tables, All new beds and linens, gas grill. We try our best to keep our home updated and clean. This is our second home.

Private in ground pool for those days you don't want to be out on the Gulf.

Bicycles to peddle around the community and to your private beach.

Kayaks to paddle around the canals and flats.

wi-fi so you can stay connected without using your minutes.

Free long distance within the continental US and Canada.

We also provide fishing poles.

Washer/dryer for your convenience so you can pack light.

Be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Most of them, sadly, aren't on vacation -- and will let us know if they aren't getting a good night's sleep.

Why Patrick chose New Port Richey

I was visiting a friend and just fell in love with the area. It's one of the most peaceful places to visit along with great fishing, the sandbar and great neighbors. My family and friends also love the opportunity to vacation at Anchor's Away.

What makes this house unique

Private pool and free use of Pontoon boat. Easy access to the Gulf to spend a day fishing on anchor to the sandbar. You also have access to a private beach about 1 mile from my home. Your only a short drive to Tarpon's Spring and about 30 minutes to Clearwater Beach.

Canal home with a private pool and boat! What more can you want?!

Just home from a wonderful week in New Port Richey. This home was exactly as described. Plenty of space for everyone, all the amenities of home, private pool, and a boat! Was exactly the vacation we were looking for. Mickey was great about letting us check in a little early and gave us all the information we needed about where to hang out, where to eat, and what to do while we were there. We took the boat out to the Sandbar several times and enjoyed the day on the water.

We did drive to Tarpon Springs, Tampa, and Clearwater for more things to do during our stay. New Port Richey does not have much to do like other "beach towns".

This house is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everything you need under 1 roof.

Anchor's Away tops our list!

We have been using VRBO for a number of years to find places for vacations,, and Anchor's Away is now at the top of our list of favorites! We especially enjoyed the heated pool and taking the pontoon boat out to the sandbar! There were even coolers and a sand umbrella in the garage to take on the boat. We didn't have enough time to enjoy all of the great things this house had to offer, so we are going to have to come back again! Both Patrick, the owner and Mickey, the property manager were great to work with - if there was another star available, we'd rate this with six stars!

Truly Home Away From Home!

We enjoyed everything about this home. It was roomy and clean. I like to walk around barefoot in the house (my feet were always clean!) It has a great outdoor seating area (where we spent a lot of time!) by the pool (which was beautiful!). The boat was the icing on the cake! We took it out many days and also went out to the "Sandbar" where we met other people and found fantastic shells! I love to cook and did it frequently for the 4 of us and family close by who live in Tampa. The kitchen is well equipped and close to the eating area outside (where we preferred to hang out). Thank you, Patrick for sharing your home and boat with us. We will return. Karen

So much to do, so little time!!

We enjoyed a week from Christmas Day to New Years day(2016). The house was very nice, clean and upscale, comfortable furniture. We loved having the pontoon boat and kayaks. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and the boat and saw a trio of dolphins out in the bay playing all around us. We made good use of the barbeque and had family and friends over to "our house". Although the neighbors didn't like us outside talking after dark, (it was only 8 pm). We did make friends with their dog who wanted to bark at us whenever we were out. We could have used another week at this property to enjoy all the amenities, including the private beach we only visited once. Overall, great value, everything worked and it was a great location for us.

Great escape!

This property had it all! If the weather did not allow the many outdoor activities at your finger tips to be utilized, there is a pool table in the home beckoning your billard skills. The owner is very responsive and wants you to enjoy his home. The manager is very helpful.

Terrific Vacation Spot

This house has all the amenities you could want plus a location close to non stop good food and tourist activities.

The boat was a huge plus even though the fishing was slow when we were there.

Our family have enjoyed many of these amenities but normally had to pay much more.

We are located only 90 minutes from Disney World Resort and Sea World Orlando. Busch Gardens Theme Park is about a 60 minute drive. Tarpon Spring and the Sponge Docks are 15 minutes away and offer wonderful Greek food, the freshest seafood and shopping on Dodecanese Boulevard. Clearwater Beach is 45 minutes south with its sugar white beaches and a wide variety of dinning experiences.
