About this property

There is no question that this is one of the top rentals in the downtown area. This home has A/C and is just one block to the beach and 3 blocks to the Pier, shopping, dining and Night life of HB. It is a very short walk to the New Pacific City shopping area as well as the Pasea, Hyatt and Hilton Hotels. And Yes it has Air Conditioner!!

A fantastic floorplan with 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bathrooms. Our beds are super comfy and have top quality linens and towels. The large and very well stocked kitchen has granite countertops, top of the line appliances as well as a breakfast bar.

There are two Family rooms with lots of seating, Hi Speed Internet and the décor is absolutely going to please your eyes.

There is a front patio with fire pit and a center courtyard with Built in BBQ and seating for 6.

This fully equipped home also has garage parking for 1 car and a space behind as well. Bicycles, boogie boards, beach wagon and sand chairs are here and ready for you to enjoy as well.

Professionally managed by Walli and Joe who have been keeping tourists happy for over 15 years.

This is one of the top locations in Orange county to stay while you explore everything from Surfing and sunbathing to Disneyland, LegoLand, Universal Studios. Magic Mountain, Hollywood and so much more! See ya soon!!

Great family trip

We had a fabulous time at the Huntington Beach property. The location is great, close to the beach. Main Street with all of its shops, restaurants and bars and the pier. All of the bedrooms as great sizes. The house was extremely clean, maintained and well equipped. There were beach towels, beach wagon, chairs, parasols and bikes, so everything you need for a day at the beach. We made great use of the bbq and the fire pit. We had two cars and the parking facilities were ideal with the garage, off street parking and on street parking. Walli and Joe were great at communicating and came back to us quickly with any queries. We’ll definitely be back to HB and would love to stay at the property again.

Great location and hosts

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the hosts were very nice. Lots of beach gear and bikes! Only issue we had is the bunk bed. The top bunk is extremely close in height to the bottom bunk. Worth mentioning because while it worked ok for our kids, I think adults would have a tight squeeze. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again on our next beach trip!

Gorgeous beach week!

What a fantastic spot! Joe and Walli were responsive and warm, and the home was clean, gracious, and perfectly located for our family beach week. Highly recommend this home for anyone who wants to relax and unwind.

Clean, great location, and property management was exceptional.

The location of this property is fantastic! Very clean house compared to your typical rental. The host was very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. We were also welcomed by a bottle of wine and a gift basket. Overall the pictures are exactly as the property actually is and we had a terrific stay here. I would stay here again.
