Les Jardins du Pinet is the most beautiful development in the South of France. It is ideally located just 400m (5 minutes on foot) from the famous Tahiti beach on the eastern edge of Pampelonne and 3 km from the centre of St Tropez. This tranquil gated residence has a magnificent 25m heated pool which is surrounded by palm and pine trees where you can enjoy the millionaire lifestyle. The apartment has it's own parking space and wi-fi internet for our clients. There are two tennis courts and table tennis. The property is on one level, ground floor, with private, south facing garden and terrace being the perfect place to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or to dine while the sun sets. The apartment is well appointed and comprises, main bedroom with en-suite shower room, lounge and kitchen area with sofa bed. Shuttered patio doors leading to terrace. On the beach there are a number of bars, restaurants and beach clubs to suit all tastes, including Tahiti, Nikki Beach & the famous Club 55. Available from March.

Things to do.......leisure activities: Beach and water sports: Jet ski's, kayaks, hobycats, windsurf boards and pedalos can all be rented on Pampelonne beach. Most bars and beach clubs rent sun loungers and parasols by the day.

Windsurfing and water skiing instruction at Bouillabaise beach, 3 km.

Tennis: Two newly resurfaced tennis courts in the domaine and table tennis by the pool.

Golf: 30 golf courses within 1 hour's drive. Gassin Golf and Country Club is the closest, 5km, but a little too exclusive, Golf de Beauvallon and Golf de St Maxime are excellent and challenging courses which are more affordable, both have a number of greens overlooking the Gulf de St Tropez.

Cycling: The area has a large number of cycle routes and cycles can be rented locally.

Out and About: Walking: Access to the Sentier Littoral is from Pampelonne beach. This coastal pathway is almost complete from Nice to Hyeres. Many of the tiny beaches & promontories can only be reached by foot or boat which means they are quiet, peaceful & unspoilt.

Touring: The Cote d'Azure is very diverse. Les Jardins is the perfect base to explore the cosmopolitan atmosphere of Nice, Cannes & Monte Carlo, the ancient hillside villages of Ramatuelle, Gassin & Grimaud, old ports of St Tropez, Hyeres Toulon, Marseilles & Antibes. Not to mention the mountains, beautiful Provençal countryside, the countless vineyards & picturesque villages.

Shopping: Almost every designer brand is available in St Tropez's beautiful 16 century shopping area.

Markets: The colourful farmers market is in the shade of the giant elm trees at the Place de Lices on Tuesday & Saturday mornings. Here you can buy locally grown fruit, vegetables, farm reared pork, local olives, tapenade, anchioade, paella, fresh herbs and spices. There is also a good selection of clothing, fabrics, handbags and accessories.

The beautiful walks of the Sentier Littorel are best tackled early or later in the season when the weather is still fantastic. The area enjoys temperatures between 21-26 degrees in May, 26-30 degrees in June and 24-29 degrees In September.

About Lynn Hawkins

We live in England in a small villlage in the county of Kent (the garden of England) half way between Dover and London and bought the apartment in 2006 as a holiday home for our family. We found Les Jardins while our daughter was running the roads, training for the Air Cadets National Sports championships and that winter began our search for a property on the domain. It took us two years to find one! What impressed us was firstly the location, the charm and then the provencale character along with the facilities. The residence is quiet and family orientated with about 60 properties, many of which are still owned by the families who bought them new some 40 years ago. We are an outdoor sporting family and the apartment now has everything we need for an extended break and serves us perfectly. .

We had a great holiday here and will come again. The apartment offers everything you need for comfortable holiday, the location is superb - swimming pool is around the coner, and 5 min walk from the best beach in the South of France. Short drive to the centre of St Tropez with no traffic, plenty of local restaurants and entertainments. Our hosts are lovely and helpful people. Highly recommended!

Great holiday in late summer

just when all the rush has died down this is an idylic spot, close to all amenities, to relax and chill out. 5 mins walk to the beach and 5 minutes drive into town (a walk if you have the energy). Comfotable accomodation and the owners are just next door if you have any questions or need help. Recommended.

I couldn't have had a better holiday. Not only is St. Tropez heaven, but the flat was perfect for my purposes. Great location near the beach, and Les Jardins du Pinet is a peaceful, quiet, and beautiful community. Lynn was SO helpful with everything. I truly enjoyed my experience and look forward to coming back soon!!

At the booking process you will have paid the booking fee which includes the 'Book with Confidence Guarantee' by debit or credit card to Homeaway/Abritel and Partners for the arrangement of the booking and the guarantee mentioned above. Homeaway/Abritel have no authority to collect monies on my behalf. Therefore,at the time of booking you will also need to pay directly to my account by bank transfer the sum of £100 which is the initial payment for the rental. My banking details are attached to your online invoice from Homeaway/Abritel. The balance of the rental fee and security deposit should be paid directly to me, by bank transfer - and is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencement. Please refer to the payments section of your booking confirmation from Homeaway/Abritel for the bank details or contact myself or Homeaway/Abritel if you have any further queries.

Electricity, water, use of facilities and linen included except beach towels.
Returnable security deposit to cover damages of £250 (€300)
An electronic keyfob for entrance to main gate is available from the Guardian for a fully returnable deposit of 100 Euro.
Final clean/laundry charge, minimum £50 (60 Euro) covering 1 hour cleaning and linen. £12 (€15 Euro) per additional hour will be deducted
