A specious light apartment with two bedrooms. Located in the historical centre of Saint- Petersburg on Bolshaya Morskaya Street 36 in Dominic Y.Ritz-a-Porto's house. The first building has been built in 1734. Afterwards the house was reconstructed because of the fire in 1873.
In December 1905 illegal CC Party meetings attended by V. I. Lenin took place in this flat. Those meetings have stopped after the detection of police shadowing.
In adjacent building there's the " Saint Petersburg Union of Artists " House , where art exhibitions regularly take place.
In short walk away from the house there are the most famous places and museums of Saint - Petersburg: Nevsky Prospect, Palace Square, the Hermitage, the Russian Museum, St.Isaac's Cathedral, Bronze Horseman and many more... Caf, restaurants, night clubs are nearby as well.
The apartment area is 105 sq.m. It is decorated in light colors in classical St.Petersburg style. It's quite and cozy despite of downtown location.
The apartment is fully furnished. There's everything for comfortable accommodation: plastic windows with noise isolation, jacuzzi, comfortable king-size beds, a wardrobe, washing machine & dishwasher, a microwave oven, 2 big TVs, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, an iron, an electric kettle, a hair dryer and other utensils... Bedding linen, toiletries, towels, the first- aid kit are included as well.
Up to 6 people are welcome for living.
There's a parking in the yard for guests with private car.
It's suitable for family holidays as well as for business trips.
