I'm a retired Marine Corp Officer with 25 years of service. I bought this property a few years ago and renovated it for my own personal use. It has many upgrades and breathtaking views. I purchased this beautiful townhouse, so I could have something close to my grandkids!
Kellie Bailey purchased this condo in 2014
Your on vacation, ,treat yourself to a step above the rest, this is not your standard rental, nicely renovated with beautiful views of the lake.
We enjoyed our stay. Kellie was so obliging and sweet. The townhouse was very warm and cozy. The bath towels were large and fluffy. The kitchen was well equipped. Our only downfall (and not too big a deal) was the many steps down the back to let the dog out.the neighbors were friendly and we felt very safe.
We had a wonderful weekend. Condo had everything we needed and then some. We will definitely be coming back!
We had a wonderful time at the lake front home, very comfortable beds and a state of the art kitchen. The property was exactly what we expected and very clean. My favorite part of my stay was sitting on the porch watching the sunset over the lake, absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect for our weekend adventure in Northwest Arkansas.
My wife and I just spent a few relaxing days here enjoying the lake view. It would be especially beautiful in the fall. The place is clean, spacious and quiet and is close to everything. Definitely worth the money.
Spectacular natural beauty surrounds four distinct seasons with each bringing a refreshing new look. Bella Vista is a land of scenery including rivers, lakes and streams accompanied by numerous hiking and bike trails, providing a truly natural experience.
Bella Vista features 12 tennis courts in three separate complexes, including courts lighted for play on summer evenings. Vacation Rentals guests enjoy complete use of Bella Vista’s tennis facilities for $5 per person daily.
Bella Vista is a golf haven where you can enjoy six 18-hole and two nine-hole golf courses rated among some of the best in Arkansas. Green fees on all 18-hole golf courses range between $25 to $40 and offer twilight specials throughout the season. Also, new to 2011 is the POA golf stay-and-play package, where VR guests receive free carts on their second 18-hole rounds each day. The offer is good on any Bella Vista POA golf course where tee times are available.
Bella Vista boasts some of the best fishing in Northwest Arkansas on eight lakes stocked with bass, catfish, crappie and other pan fish. Beaver Lake and the White River are less than 60 minutes away and provide spectacular striper and trout fishing as well.
Bella Vista makes for a wonderful base of operations for seeing many Ozark attractions, including visits to:
Carthage, Missouri to see the Precious Moments Chapel and Victorian homes
Branson, Missouri for music shows, three outlet malls and Silver Dollar City
Eureka Springs for shops, shows, restaurants and attractions
Springdale for round-trip train ride to Fort Smith
Beaver Lake for fishing and water sports
If you enjoy the outdoors, try a canoe trip down the Elk River in Southwestern Missouri, just north of Bella Vista. Pea Ridge National Military Park near Rogers memorializes the largest Union-Confederate clash west of the Mississippi River. Prairie Grove Battlefield State Park preserves a site where more than 20,000 Confederate and Union soldiers fought in 1862.
Cultural activities are available in each community, and Broadway productions, exhibits, etc. are available at the Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville. Northwest Arkansas also offers several art galleries, studios and diverse fine arts at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Downtown Bentonville where 250,000 visitors are expected to visit each year. Shoppers are treated to quality handmade arts and crafts, antiques and fine arts during the Fall and Spring Craft Fairs in Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville and Bella Vista.
Eureka Springs, America’s Victorian Village, is resplendent with colorful turn-ofthe-century homes, historic buildings and one-of-a-kind shops. The Great Passion Play, the historic Basin Park and Crescent Hotels and the Blue Spring Heritage Center are just some of the many attractions.
You can also discover towns with old-time squares in Northwest Arkansas’ Ozark Mountains. Browse a while and enjoy the nostalgia. You might even find a real treasure or unique souvenir at one of the quaint little shops, or if you prefer a shopping experience at national premium retailers instead, than a visit to Pinnacle Hills Promenade for exciting shopping, dining and entertainment in Rogers should do the trick.
