This natural stone wall building, completed end of 2006, is the guest's house of a Finca, with its own separate entrance. The approx. 90sq m building is part of the 2.400sq m complex of the Finca, with wonderful gardens and a large pool area. It consists of a separate double bedroom, a second bedroom on the gallery above the living area, a third bedroom (open, on the gallery above the bedroom), an open kitchen, dining area and a shower room, and has its own terrace with BBQ. Situated in one of the most luxurious and privileged areas of the Costa Blanca (Cap Blanc in Moraira), approx. 300 m from a small rocky beach, all amenities, Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets, Doctors etc. are within walking distance

Chouette expérience

Première fois que nous réservons des vacances avec Abritel. Tout était très bien. Maison très agréable avec superbe piscine. Les enfants ont également adoré. Nous ne sommes pas loin de la plage et des bars et restaurants. Seule petit bémol, les lits qui grincent beaucoup et matelas fort mous (avec des maux de dos pas top).

Emplacement privilégié

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour avec une situation géographique parfaite, quelques minutes de Moraira en voiture. La villa est très bien équipée pour 4 personnes. La piscine très agréable et un jardin arboré qui nous offre un cadre idyllique. Centre commercial à 2mn en voiture et 10mn à pied. Accès à la mer à quelques minutes de marche. Contact et accueil parfait avec Natalia. Encore merci et à une prochaine fois !!!
