A beautifully renovated home (from the studs up with new electrical, plumbing, heating, etc.) completed in 2015 is ready for your dream vacation in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire.

This 4 bedroom, 2750 sf split level is ideal for multiple families with children. The adults can gather upstairs while the kids hang out downstairs.

No worries about parking. Leave the car at home! Just a short walk down the road are restaurants, bars, the shops on Main Street and all the festivities that Schouler Park has to offer, including weekend craft fairs, farmers markets, fire works on July 4th, Thomas the Train, and many other events throughout the seasons. This home is the ideal location! Also, within minutes by car are Cranmore Mountain, tax-fee outlet shopping, hiking trails, swimming holes, Echo Lake, Dianas Baths, Story Land and so much more.

This home offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The living room features a gas log fireplace with remote control and a 50" Smart TV with cable and DVR service. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a five burner gas range, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door, and a large island with seating for four. The dining room has seating for eight making total seating for twelve. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32" Smart TV, walk-in closet, 5 piece en suite with bubble tub, separate shower and dual vanities. Also upstairs is a 2nd bathroom with shower and a 2nd bedroom with queen size bed.

Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a full size bed and bunk beds. There is also a full bath, large game room with pool table, 50" Smart TV and a gas log stove. The washer/dryer is located downstairs, as well as the mud room which is conveniently located off of the garage.

The French doors off of the dining room open to a large deck with a gas grill. The deck leads to a large backyard with a patio and fire pit.

This home has high speed internet access up to 30 mbps and wifi connection perfect for families with multiple internet devices.

Only house trained hypoallergenic dogs will be considered.

About Steve and Karen O'Connor

My husband, Steve, and I, Karen, moved to New Hampshire in 2009 from Texas following Steve's retirement from the Fire Department after 25 years of service.

We chose the North Conway area as Steve fell in love with the White Mountains as a child during family camping trips. Steve grew up in Weymouth, MA and I grew up the daughter of a career military father.

We reside locally and live in Bartlett, NH with our dog, Stewie (a hypoallergenic Schnoodle).

Why Steve and Karen O'Connor chose North Conway Village

We purchased this property with the intent to rehab it and sell it. We redesigned the floor plan from a dated split level to an updated comfortable home. However, after a couple of years of renovation my wife fell in love with it and didn't want to sell it. Great location and close to everything.

What makes this house unique

Karen fell in love with the cozy feel and layout of this home. She loves that the home is so close to downtown. We lived in the home during the last months of the renovation. Karen enjoys the easy walk to town and the convenience of local restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Beautiful, well equipped, spacious home on a quiet street just outside downtown

This was BY FAR the nicest, best equipped rental home I've ever stayed in. Steve and Karen spared no expense when renovating this home. Everything is in pristine condition and the home is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, anything you could possibly need for preparing a meal is there. The linens are very nice and the beds are comfortable. If you are looking for a rental, look no further, you will not find a home as nice as this one. Steve and Karen were very nice and it really felt like you were staying in a friend's home, not a rental property.

Clean, Spacious, and Functional.

A wonderful house for a ski vacation for a large group. The mud room is great for ski equipment after a day on the slopes. The pool table in basement and some games/toys are wonderful entertainment features. The open floor plan gives a spacious yet cozy feel and the fireplaces are great for extra warmth on a cold night. The kitchen table and counter/bar provides plenty of seating during a meal for a large group. This is my second annual trip to this house and hoping to come back again in the future.

Perfect location! Beautiful home!

The photos do not do this property justice! The split level home provides room for everyone to have space. We enjoyed the pool table and my teenagers enjoyed having a downstairs area to hang out in.

Immaculate and great location, close to town!

Steve and Karen have done an amazing job with this newly renovated ranch. The house more than comfortably fit our 2 families which included 5 children.

The downstairs was a great play area for the children so the adults could enjoy adult (quiet) time upstairs.

The master bath is beautiful including a huge jet tub and double vanity.

The kitchen had everything we needed, the owners even left us a box of chocolates and cookies! We will definitely rent this house again- probably this winter!
