A beautifully renovated home (from the studs up with new electrical, plumbing, heating, etc.) completed in 2015 is ready for your dream vacation in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire.

This 4 bedroom, 2750 sf split level is ideal for multiple families with children. The adults can gather upstairs while the kids hang out downstairs.

No worries about parking. Leave the car at home! Just a short walk down the road are restaurants, bars, the shops on Main Street and all the festivities that Schouler Park has to offer, including weekend craft fairs, farmers markets, fire works on July 4th, Thomas the Train, and many other events throughout the seasons. This home is the ideal location! Also, within minutes by car are Cranmore Mountain, tax-fee outlet shopping, hiking trails, swimming holes, Echo Lake, Dianas Baths, Story Land and so much more.

This home offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The living room features a gas log fireplace with remote control and a 50" Smart TV with cable and DVR service. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a five burner gas range, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door, and a large island with seating for four. The dining room has seating for eight making total seating for twelve. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32" Smart TV, walk-in closet, 5 piece en suite with bubble tub, separate shower and dual vanities. Also upstairs is a 2nd bathroom with shower and a 2nd bedroom with queen size bed.

Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a full size bed and bunk beds. There is also a full bath, large game room with pool table, 50" Smart TV and a gas log stove. The washer/dryer is located downstairs, as well as the mud room which is conveniently located off of the garage.

The French doors off of the dining room open to a large deck with a gas grill. The deck leads to a large backyard with a patio and fire pit.

This home has high speed internet access up to 30 mbps and wifi connection perfect for families with multiple internet devices.

Only house trained hypoallergenic dogs will be considered.

About Steve and Karen O'Connor

My husband, Steve, and I, Karen, moved to New Hampshire in 2009 from Texas following Steve's retirement from the Fire Department after 25 years of service.

We chose the North Conway area as Steve fell in love with the White Mountains as a child during family camping trips. Steve grew up in Weymouth, MA and I grew up the daughter of a career military father.

We reside locally and live in Bartlett, NH with our dog, Stewie (a hypoallergenic Schnoodle).

Why Steve and Karen O'Connor chose White Mountains

We purchased this property with the intent to rehab it and sell it. We redesigned the floor plan from a dated split level to an updated comfortable home. However, after a couple of years of renovation my wife fell in love with it and didn't want to sell it. Great location and close to everything.

What makes this house unique

Karen fell in love with the cozy feel and layout of this home. She loves that the home is so close to downtown. We lived in the home during the last months of the renovation. Karen enjoys the easy walk to town and the convenience of local restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

It was perfect!

The home was just as described and our host was very accommodating. We had a family group of women shoppers and their initial comment on viewing the home was "Wow, this is perfect, I would love to live here".

We will certainly want to stay there every fall to renew our shopping adventures and laughing together. We have a history of shopping adventures in the N. Conway area for approximately 20 years.

Perfect!

This was a perfect place to stay for a long weekend with family. Meticulously clean, spacious, and in an ideal location. You can easily walk to the village, or take a quick drive to shopping and Storyland. We had 6 adults and 4 young children and had plenty of space and rooms for everyone. I'd definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

Our best stay in North Conway yet !

This house is a ''MUST'' ! We'll rent this place again ! Maybe in winter, for a skiing vacation...

We were a group of 8 adults and one child. There's so much space ! And it was so clean, and beautifully renovated, it seemed brand new... Every household appliance seemed brand new too... This house is very comfortable, convenient and spacious ! Outside BBQ, patio furniture... Near downtown North Conway, only 5-8 min walk ! Same time to get to the Outlets, by car...

There's even a pool table in the basement and three TV's... Fun for every one ! The owners were very friendly and helpful ! We highly recommand this house !!

Wonderful Home in an Equally Wonderful Setting

This house exceeded our expectations. While the photos online are nice they don't do the property justice. So much attention to detail during this remodel! Beautiful wood flooring, plush carpeting, granite countertops, a spa-like master bath, quality fixtures and good quality appliances made this home the perfect spot for our weekend in New Hampshire. There was also very nice quality cookware - which is not frequently the case when renting a home! The rooms were large and provided plenty of space for our family of 12 to spread out and not feel cramped. The finished basement was airy and bright, unlike some basements. And the bonus room in the basement with pool table, darts and a TV was a great spot for the kids to chill while the adults were cooking or relaxing upstairs. The backyard with horseshoe pit, space for lawn games, a wonderful patio with firepit and a deck with a large grill was the icing on the cake. The only thing missing is an outdoor hot tub. :)

The location was also perfect. It is on a quiet side street just a block or two back from the main street in North Conway. This allowed us to skip down the back road to Settler's Green or any other place we wanted to go and avoid the traffic and congestion on the main street.

The hosts were also wonderful - providing us with information about the area that we couldn't easily garner from the web. They also let us check in a bit early - thank you Steve and Karen!

I would (and plan on) return to this home again when planning a trip to North Conway!
