This beautiful home is located in the heart of North Conway Village and is ready for your dream vacation in the scenic White Mountains of New Hampshire!

Leave the car at home and walk to North Conway Village! No worries about where to park in Town. Just a short walk down the road are restaurants, bars, the shops on Main Street and all the festivities that Schouler Park has to offer, including weekend craft fairs, farmers markets, fire works on July 4th, Thomas the Train, and many other events throughout the seasons.

Also, within minutes by car are Cranmore Mountain, tax-free outlet shopping, hiking trails, swimming holes, Echo Lake, Diana's Baths, Story Land and so much more!

This home was fully renovated in 2015 and offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The living room features a gas log fireplace with remote control and a 50" Smart TV with cable and DVR service. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a five burner gas range, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door, and a large island with seating for four. The dining room has seating for eight making total seating for twelve. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32" Smart TV, walk-in closet, 5 piece en suite with bubble tub, separate shower and dual vanities. Also upstairs is a 2nd bathroom with shower and a 2nd bedroom with queen size bed.

Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a full size bed and bunk beds. Also downstairs is a full bath, a large game room with a pool table, a 50" Smart TV and a gas log stove. The washer/dryer is located downstairs, as is the large mud room which is conveniently located off of the garage.

The French doors off of the dining room upstairs open to a large deck with a gas grill. The deck leads to a large backyard with a patio and fire pit.

This home has high speed internet access up to 100 mbps with wifi connection perfect for families with multiple internet devices.

About Steve and Karen O'Connor

My husband, Steve, and I, Karen, moved to New Hampshire in 2009 from Texas following Steve's retirement from the Fire Department after 25 years of service.

We chose the North Conway area as Steve fell in love with the White Mountains as a child during family camping trips. Steve grew up in MA and I grew up the daughter of a career military father.

We reside locally in Bartlett, NH with our two boys, Stewie and Fred (both hypoallergenic Schnoodles).

Why Steve and Karen O'Connor chose North Conway Village

We purchased this property with the intent to rehab it and sell it. We redesigned the floor plan from a dated split level to an updated comfortable home. However, after a couple of years of renovation my wife fell in love with it and didn't want to sell it. Great location and close to everything.

What makes this house unique

Karen fell in love with the cozy feel and layout of this home. She loves that the home is walking distance to downtown. Perfect for a stroll with our two boys. Karen enjoys the convenience of local restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Beautiful, well equipped, spacious home on a quiet street just outside downtown

This was BY FAR the nicest, best equipped rental home I've ever stayed in. Steve and Karen spared no expense when renovating this home. Everything is in pristine condition and the home is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, anything you could possibly need for preparing a meal is there. The linens are very nice and the beds are comfortable. If you are looking for a rental, look no further, you will not find a home as nice as this one. Steve and Karen were very nice and it really felt like you were staying in a friend's home, not a rental property.

Very clean, completely updated and remodeled home.

We had a lovely spring skiing weekend in this completely remodeled home. The owners met us upon moving in and explained all details about the home. The home was extremely clean and completely updated in every room with high quality improvements. You can tell that great care and thought was put into this home. It was so nice not to worry about anything in the rental and just spend time relaxing. We found everything we may have needed! The garage and mudroom were perfect for ski gear and the beautiful coat rack for ski jackets was a beautiful touch. A note to any future renters is to bring a pair of slippers to wear around the house to keep this home in the same beautiful condition. Thank you Steve and Karen for sharing your lovely home!

Considerably Exceeded Our Expectations !

Very impressed by this property and its Owners - Steve and Karen - who met us personally on our arrival and made sure we were properly settled in. Their house is SPOTLESS and everything in it is up-to-date and excellent quality and shows the Owners' attention to detail. Our party of nine family members included two children - one a toddler - and we we very impressed to find a child safety gate provided at the top of the stairs into the living area. The living room - dining room - eat-in kitchen are in one huge "open-plan" room and the feeling of spaciousness was ideal for our large party. We liked the very spacious family room / game room. The location of the property is ideal, as it is a short walk into the center of the town. All-in-all..... members of our family were talking about return visits in the future, even before we left at the end of our stay. Thank you Karen and Steve - we all loved our three night stay at your house !

We can't say enough...

Without a doubt, this is our favorite place to stay in NoCo. The location can't be beat, the home is top notch and Karen and Steve are wonderful owners who want nothing more than for you to enjoy their home. Everything you could possibly need to enjoy your time away(except a pool/hot tub - something for the future perhaps...?) As always, we had a blast and contributed to the economic well being of Settlers Green and other local shops. The weekend blew by and a longer stay is on our radar.

PS: Thanks for the moon pie! A perfect ending to our Saturday night dinner.

This home was one of the best that we have rented through VRBO. It was completely renovated, clean, great parking, fantastic location and the owners responded very quickly with any questions we had in regards to the rental. Highly recommend!
