Why Annie An chose Eureka Springs

The American industrialist and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie gifted the funds to build the Carnegie Public Library in Eureka Springs which opened in 1910. In the 1950’s the Carnegie Family purchased this 50-acre property where the original house now stands along with the guest cottage – newly renovated for our guests to enjoy.

What makes this cottage unique

Located near beautiful Beaver Lake and the White River and surrounded by the woods, this property has easy access to Beaver Lake and the White River and both the Eureka Springs and Holiday Island communities.

It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Nice clean and comfortable cottage.

  • 5 of 5

The owner, Annie was gracious and welcoming. The cottage provided all the amenities we needed. The king size mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable. We slept very well. We also enjoyed the outside porch. Great area to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. The cottage was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the quietness and peaceful surroundings.

Very nice, looks just like the pictures.

The home was very clean and nice. It had everything we would need and a nice view. It also is about 15 minutes from downtown so it was the perfect location. It is close to Annie’s house but she never bothered us and we only saw her the one time she came to say hello. Annie was very helpful and sweet. I definitely recommend staying! Thanks Annie.

Relaxing time

We chose this property because it was close to a lake where we wanted to kayak. The cottage was exactly as pictured. We felt very comfortable there.

Annie was so sweet from beginning to end. She made sure we had everything we needed plus a few little extras. She knew the perfect place for us to put our kayaks in, suggested places to eat, and other areas of interest. She treated us like family.
