* Hilton Pool Pass included with all stays in 2018. Enjoy the 3 beautiful pools of the Hilton Waikoloa, which include exciting slides, beautiful waterfalls, lazy river pool, and grottos. There is also a man-made lagoon where you can snorkel and kayak. Great for families with children. This DAILY pass allows up to 6 people a day to use the pools, receive towel service, and get free parking for 1 car. (The Hilton is a 2 minute drive from our place.)

This poolside town home has three bedrooms and three full baths. The master bedroom with master bathroom has a private lanai, walk-in shower, bathtub and double sink vanity. The second suite has a queen bed and private bath with tub/shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom next door. The loft has a queen size pull out sofa bed.

Just outside the living room slider on the lanai is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ for your enjoyment. Steps away from there you will find the cabana, pool and jacuzzi. Enjoy the tropical breezes and the view of the pool area.

Our unit is well appointed with everything you will need to make your visit just perfect. A completely stocked beach locker with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach equipment, ice chests, and beach towels. Just a quick 10 minute stroll to the very popular Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) for lots of beach activities. It's all set up for great family fun!

We are literally just across the street from the Queen's Marketplace and the Kings Shops which have a Starbucks, restaurants, bars, food court, groceries, farmer's market, clothing, souvenir stores, ice cream shop, bike rentals, and so much more.

About Sherry Skari

Lars and I live in the Los Angeles area. Lars was born and raised on a potato/wheat farm in Norway and came to the United States as a college student. I, Sherry, grew up in Los Angeles and was raised by Japanese immigrant parents. We met at the University of California, Santa Barbara and married soon after. Lars is a business consultant and I am an elementary school teacher. We have fallen in love with the Big Island and the relaxed upscale area of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. We would love to share our tropical island home with you.

Why Sherry Skari chose Waikoloa Village

Lars and I wanted a place large enough for extended family and friends to stay with us and we wanted it to be near shops, restaurants, and local entertainment. The Waikoloa Beach Villas is situated in a wonderful resort area, it is beautifully landscaped, and it has that low key, relaxed, elegance that helps us get away from our busy lives in Los Angeles. It is a10 minute walk to scenic Anaeho'omalu beach and the fabulous Lava Lava Club restaurant on the beach.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is located on the dry, sunny side of the island and the temperature is consistently in the 80's all year long. It has some beautiful beaches nearby and is conveniently close to Kona, Waimea, and North Kohala. The Big Island is the largest and most adventure filled island of Hawaii. The snorkeling and diving is the best of all the islands, because of its long and protected coastline. It protects the coral and attracts the coral eating fish. There are 11 of the world's 14 climate zones on the Big Island. You have arctic tundra, pasturelands, pine forests, desserts, and tropical rainforest all on one island. It is an amazing and culturally diverse paradise and we love to share it with our family, friends, and guests.

Loved our Hawaiian home

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. This house has everything you need for a beautiful vacation. We stayed here for two weeks and we were sad to go. House is clean and in a very convenient location. I would recommend this house to anyone. We had such a beautiful time.

Pack your bags! Waikoloa Beach Villas, Home away from Home.

We were living in style, for 10 days. This property is located in a gated secure community and has all that you need to make your stay in Hawaii, that much better. There were seven of us on this trip. Five adults and two teen age boys. The kitchen was equipped with all the luxuries you would have at home. Very inviting furniture and comfortable beds with plenty of linens, including beach towels . The garage is stocked with boogie boards 4+, beach chairs 7+, umbrellas 3+, noodles to float on, snorkel gear, and water shoes if needed, all in very good condition. Location is prime, you are able to walk to Queens and Kings shopping center, not to mention the nice walk to Lava Lava club. My husband and son are big golfers and played the King's course one day and Beach course the next. The Hilton passes for 6 is a bonus. I recommend driving, because the walk is a little far, so having the parking pass was an added benefit. We spent half of our time at their amazing lagoon and pools. There is also a shuttle that you can pick up at the shopping center and take to the Hilton. The owner Shari has created a folder of her favorites to do while on the island, this was a big help when trying to decide which beaches to go to or activities to try. I was thrilled to walk to Kings shopping center on Farmers Market day! The management and Shari were helpful and enjoyable to work with, they truly take pride in making your stay here as pleasurable as possible. I highly recommend staying here.

I love the location too. After a fun day at the beaches, I like being able to walk in the evenings to the shops and restaurants and just hang out while eating some ice cream and enjoying the warm nights. I'm glad the list of recommendations came in handy and that you had a chance to hang out at the Lava Lava Club. It is always Lars and I's first stop when arriving to the island. We get a tropical drink, sit back in the comfy loungers, put our feet in the sand and look out into the turquoise blue ocean. Ahhhh! Hawaii!!!

Great family condo

Wonderful location. The house was great. We had two families sharing and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans. And having a grill available was awesome. Thank you to the owner for the beach toys, sun umbrella and extra beach stuff.

We all had a wonderful time. We would definitely rent this house again!!!!

Our only small thing to add is, there was only one squeegie for three bathrooms. There should be one for each if the expectation is to have the doors squeegeed.

Great time and Great place to stay

We took all of our adult kids to Hawaii for 8 days. The house was plenty big enough for all 7 of us. The house was equipped with everything anyone would need to make it feel like home. The boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs in the garage were a added benefit and were put to use. Hilton pool passes were a huge hit also. The location is great, it's next to the pool, the Queens and King shops are with in walking distance and even though the main road seems close we could not hear any cars driving on the street. We would invite anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Hawaii to consider this beach villa

The condo is beautiful and it's at an amazing location.

Very well managed. Ample space for our family of 7. Comes with the Hilton pool pass which was great for the kids. The concierge service was excellent and booked all our excursions

and dinner reservations. Highly recommend it
