I am a true Chicagoan, and Logan Square has been a wonderful neighborhood to live in.
This two-bedroom with two Queen beds and two bathrooms, kitchen, a dining area, and living area is a newly remodeled (2014) charming condominium in a small eight-unit building. The unit has a private side deck and a back deck for spending time outside. Cable TV in each room, plus WiFi are part of the amenities. You will be extremely comfortable staying in this modern, yet traditional, 1,100 sq ft Chicago home and feel like you're part of the neighborhood.
Great restaurants & shops, brewery and bars are nearby. Most importantly it is right off the Blue Line "El" - the name for the elevated train and subway system in the City.
On the weekends, walk down to the Square and buy fresh produce at the Farmer's Market.
The nightlife of Logan Square is an eclectic mix of quirky pubs and Prohibition-era themed bars. Logan Square also contains a wide variety of restaurants, shops and an auditorium which regularly offers musical entertainment. The neighborhood is also home to the Logan Square Boulevards National Historic District, which boasts a spectacular collection of old graystone homes. Logan Square is a vibrant and multicultural neighborhood which is affordable, has easy access to public transportation, trendy shops and a wide mix of interesting options, which make it a popular attraction for people from all walks of life.

Should you fly into O'Hare airport - a twenty minute ride on the Blue Line takes you almost to our front door. From Midway airport - 45 minutes via the Orange, then transfer to the Blue Line downtown will get you to Logan Square.
From our location, the Blue Line can take you Downtown in 20 minutes, or it's very easy to Bus, or use the nearby Divvy Bike rental at the "El" train stop.

My upbringing was in the Chicago suburbs, but I moved to the City for the excitement, food, museums, beaches and hustle of the city. Chicago is so clean and friendly to live in, yet includes all of the cultural and activities one would expect from this "City in the Garden" as it's called. 1,100 square feet with separate dining and living areas makes this an ideal layout for relaxing. The location couldn't be more perfect in a Chicago Neighborhood. Easy transportation - bike, bus, train - are all within steps of this unit just above street level. Only 20 minutes or so from O'Hare airport via the Blue Line.
Logan Square is in a great neighborhood for walking around, food and entertainment and access to other city sites. You will learn quickly why Chicago is called the City in the Garden because of the nearby green space along the Boulevards where the Farmer's Market is held every weekend during the Summer.
So close to Chicago's downtown by train, the lakefront, plus easy accessibility to Wrigley Field - Home of the Cubs. Downtown you can visit our world class Museums - the Art Institute, Field Museum of Natural History, Museum of Science & Industry, Modern Art Museum and more. Grant Park, Concerts, Buckingham Fountain, Biking Paths along the Lake are easy to get to.
A very easy ride from O'Hare airport on the train and your vacation begins immediately. Logan Square and it's neighbor Bucktown are enough to keep one busy for a week if you don't make it downtown - but you must see scenes as the Hancock Building from the top if you haven't done so.
