3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious lake front property

The breathtaking view starts when you pull into the driveway! With this house its all about the view. Each and every room has a spectacular view of the lake. As you enter the main level you will find the view equally amazing from the kitchen to the living room and from the couch to the kitchen table. Once you are upstairs in the master suite you see the view is just as spectacular from the balcony as it is from the bed. Even the two downstairs bedrooms have a pristine view of the water. If sitting outside on the deck is your thing then this is the place for you! There are decks on every level for your enjoyment. The deck even leads all the way down to the shoreline. This property is located on the main channel of the Cumberland River and not allowed a dock permit. We do have dock access on the bay side of the street, it just 75 yards from the front door.


No more than 2 pets are allowed. There is a $50 fee for each pet.

 There is room for 2-3 cars in the driveway. There is plenty of room for over flow parking, just let me know and I’ll show you where it is.

 The top of the “tower” is not accessible; it is for looks only.

 There is cable tv in the living room on the main floor only.

 Free wifi is available (belken unprotected).

 The entry or “main” floor has no bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs on the 1st floor and the 2 guests bedrooms are on the 3rd floor (basement).

 There is a full bath on the 1st and 3rd floor (basement). The main floor has a half bath.

 There is a washer and dryer in the basement bathroom.

 ALL your linens are provided. I always recommend bringing your pillow for your comfort.

 The kitchen has basic pots and pans and utensils for your general cooking needs.

 There is a full size fridge and freezer in the kitchen.

 The neighborhood is located on a dead end street and is usually very quiet.

 Our neighbors’ kids play in the street so please drive with caution.

 The grill is propane and the propane is provided. Bring a lighter as ours tend to walk off.

 The outdoor grill is not cleaned by the cleaning staff, please clean up after yourself. Also, please

excuse the last guest for not listening to the first part of this statement.

 The steps on the deck will lead you all the way to the shoreline.

 The water is gently sloping and you can swim from the shore.

 The bottom of the lake is rocky and semi-muddy. I recommend wearing lake shoes.

 Yes, you can fish from the shoreline. KY fish and game laws apply.

 Yes, you can use my COVERED DOCK at the end of the street.

 Everyone is welcome to come to the end of the street and use my lot on the point. I do ask that you respect our privacy.

 I have 3 yellow Labradors (dogs). They will bark and are MOSTLY friendly. Like humans they do have bad days. Daisy is getting old and likes to be rubbed but very gently as she has bad hips and gets crabby if you push, pull, ride, hug, pick up, or lay on her. Lilly barks a lot, ignore her and she will ignore you; she is scared of strangers and the more you call or whistle at her the more she will bark. Ivy is young and loves everyone especially kids. NONE of the 3 are allowed to leave the property. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take them on the boat with you without letting me know. If you tell them NO and mean it they will listen to you.

 We now have 2 pontoons available for rent. One is an older 22' "Suncruiser" pontoon with an 115hp Evinrude motor and rents for $200 daily including the first tank of fuel. The newer pontoon is a 20' "Crest" with a 60hp Mercury 4 stroke engine and rents for $250 daily including one tank of fuel.Both are shared among all of our rental houses and I do recommend you reserve in advance. The pontoons are always docked at our COVERED dock. Once I have given you safety instructions you are allowed to use the boat from sunrise to sunset. NO night use. If you are out after dark I will assume you are missing and emergence personnel will be notified.

 I always recommend you bring your food with you. Our grocery stores are no comparison to the stores most are used to in the city.

I am (almost) always available by phone or email. Our cell service isn’t always the best so please leave a voicemail if I do not answer.

We do have 2 kayaks available for your use.

Superb extended weekend at the Tower House

Great property, clean, everything as described. Perfectly comfortable and roomy for our group of 6. The pictures do not do the place justice. You really feel instantly a sense of home when you arrive. A full wall of windows lets you look out at the lake, birds and outdoors. A patio/deck from every bedroom! We were outside on the deck relaxing, visiting and looking out over the the water probably more than we were inside! It was a joy to see lots of birds including Pelicans! Very close to the Bison & Elk Prairie reserve, which we drove to twice! We look forward to a return trip to this peaceful roomy, comfortable retreat. Thank you.

Great family home with spectacular sunsets

My family and I had a great experience, plenty of room for us all and some great meals with a lake view. We were able to enjoy the fitness center (short drive), one of the pontoons (highly suggest), and we took some day trips to the elk and bison preserve, homestand (a colonial village) and a great ride around the lake on my motorcycle.

We were very well taken care of. As soon as I booked it, I was contacted by Lucas and all questions were answered quickly and the home away app simplified it further. True hospitality.

I highly suggest it and will return. Thanks again Lucas.

lovely home beautiful views

A lovely home with beautiful views, we rented the pontoon boat every day we were there .

There was a mix up one day and Lucas even let us use his boat he was very helpful with anything we needed would definitely stay here again .

My family Thoroughly enjoyed every day the weather was beautiful, we spent every day on the lake and in the evenings we grilled out and watch TV or sat on the deck and enjoy the beautiful view

Great house

Great location. Easy to get to (especially from the East). Very clean and well maintained. Easy water access out the back door and down the stairs. Only downside (minor one) was the tower itself being inaccessible. It's basically just for looks, but don't let that deter your stay.

Week in Western Kentucky

Had a great time staying in the house. We had 5 with us total, all adult sized and stayed comfortably. Cooking amenities were plentiful, washer/dryer used multiple times and multiple floors useful for quiet time when teenaged kids needed a break from one another. Great location to utilize Land Between Lakes Park and Lake Barkley State Park. We also visited Madisonville, Hopkinsville, Owensboro, Fulton and Paducah in Kentucky and Union City in Tennessee. Lots to see and do but also great to sit on deck and watch the flow of the river under the banks below! Nice breeze most of the time on the hot summer days and spectacular light show during a couple of stormy evenings!
