This new, beautiful 1400 sq. ft. home is conveniently located between the Saint George airport, the I-15 freeway, and downtown Saint George. Striking amenities such as the extensive clubhouse, swimming pool, hot tub, spacious floor plans, fitness center, children’s play area and walking trails, make Cottages at Fossil Hills exceptional.
This unit has 3 bedrooms (all queen beds), 2.5 bathrooms (shower/tub combos), a queen pullout couch in both the living room area and the great room area making it possible to sleep 10. Living Room also has a 48" flat screen with Smart TV Features. It has a full kitchen with all NEW appliances, dining area and a small patio with BBQ available as well off the kitchen. There is also a Washer & Dryer . Free WiFi is available.
Swimming Pool/Hot Tub & Exercise Room are included as well.
The condo was very clean and nice. Lots of places to sleep, and the kitchen was awesome to have. We would stay there again for sure!
Townhome was super clean and had everything we needed plus some added extras! We will definitely rent from Tiffany again next time we come to town!

Very nice house, well situated and convenient. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, and there are plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels for the maximum guests, even ones who are prone to cold and need multiple towels. Beautiful home, made for a great stay.
We loved our visit to St. George during spring break. We really appreciated staying in a place that was so clean and taken care of. We love the location and would definitely stay there again. Tiffany was so great to work with and she always responded quickly to my questions. It was a great experience for all of us! Thank you!
It was a great stay at a great place. We enjoyed ourselves from relaxing to playing games and watching tv. The only problem we had was our stay wasn't long enough.
The listing was just like it was advertised. It was clean and well organized. The owner answered all questions quickly and was very pleasant. I would recommend using this place To friends. And if I am ever staying in the area again I would stay at this property. We were so cramped for time doing family things that we didn't look for activities to do in the area. Next time a longer is a must.

The credit card on file will be charged 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% 10 days before the arrival date. If you cancel prior to 10 days of the arrival date, 100% of the funds will be issued back to you. If you cancel within 10 days of the arrival date, 100% of the funds paid will be issued back to you in the form of a credit which may be used at any time available for our townhome.
