About Dennis Terry

This has been our 2nd home since 2003. We love the location, how convenient to Burnside Island (Best ramp on Cumberland and great public golf course just renovated in 2008. Plays long for those golfers out there. We purchased the lot next door on 2005, decided no better time than now to build our future retirement home/replacement 2nd home. We had offers from a few that wanted to buy this home, but decided to go with season rental. We will try our best to make sure the property is clean and ready.

We hope you enjoy.

Comfortable, roomy, plenty of extra towels and linens. Very clean and everything needed is provided.

Close to the main highway which makes it convenient to drive into town, but far enough away from the road that you don't hear highway noise. View of the lake is not great because of the trees, but the property is close to Burnside park. Wonderful covered deck to enjoy the outdoors.

Very clean and all the necessities for a great stay!

  • 5 of 5

The house was extremely clean and everything you would need was supplied with the exception of food. The deck is a great place to sit and relax or have meals or drinks outside. The owners were super nice when we had to call and get some instructions on a tv remote issue. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a comfortable lake house to relax in or have fun family time. The view is very pretty, the house is adorable inside, and the location is ideal!

Great Place

  • 5 of 5

We loved this house! The deck was nice and the rope lighting on it was just the right amount of light to enjoy sitting out there after dark. The house had everything we needed except for food. There was plenty of room for the six of us without feeling crowded. We plan to stay here again. The only issue was the recent heavy rain had left the gravel driveway with some ruts which are probably fixed by now.

Nice clean lake house. Great location.

  • 5 of 5

Can't beat the price on this lake house for what you get. Very clean and the location is great. Very close to everything we wanted to do. We did the railroad trip, Somersplash, and rented a pontoon boat at the Burnside Marina. If we decide to do vacation at Lake Cumberland again, we would rent this same place in a heartbeat. Nice view of the lake (although it would be better in the months where leaves were not on the trees), and plenty spacious for our family of 8, including two small grandsons.
