Come and enjoy this newly renovated property with vaulted ceiling and lots of windows which make it light and airy. Enjoy this Spacious 2325 sq. ft. home with a fully supplied Eat In Kitchen, Granite Counter Tops, Pantry, lots of Cabinets and Counter space. Open concept to the family Room with fireplace and TV, both with a Beautiful view of the Heated Pool and fenced in backyard. Grill out on the Covered Lanai while enjoying the Screened in Heated Saltwater Pool and Spa or just sun bath and relax while watching TV next to the Pool.

This Home offers three bedrooms, a Master bedroom has a King size bed and TV with view of the pool and an Enormous Master Bathroom, Tiled Shower, Dual Sinks, Makeup Vanity and a Garden Tub. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and TV. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed consisting of a double, a twin and tumble. All bedrooms have lots of closet space and their own dressers. There is also a Folding Portable Crib with a Two position Mattress support, folds flat for easy storage and a high chair for your small child. This Home also offers a formal Dinning Room with a large table. The Formal Living Room offers a Sleeper Sofa, TV and Desk. A washer and dryer also available as well as WIFI and Cable.

Amenities: Hair dryer, iron, blender, toaster, crock pot, coffee pot , outdoor grill and utensils, outdoor dishes, indoor and outdoor games and pool items, beach towels, cooler, bikes and many other items.

There are many beaches along the Atlantic Coast including Flagler Beach which is only 10 minutes away.
Pine Lake Golf course is less than a mile away. With 2 other courses including Palm Harbor Golf course and Hammock Dunes Golf Club within minutes. Plenty of restaurants and shopping including small shops at The European Village. For even more options drive down to Daytona Beach hosting beautiful beaches and an awesome outlet Mall.

Attractions include Water Front Park, Intracoastal waterway with walking and biking and wildlife, Washington Oaks Garden State Park, Princess Place Preserve (1st inground pool in FL), Bing's Landing, FL agricultural Museum, and a few art galleries.

Also available within 6 miles is deep sea fishing, boat rentals, dolphin watches, and more. St. Augustine (the oldest city in FL) is within 30 minutes which includes multiple site seeing adventures,a brewery, restaurants, and a winery. Walt Disney World Resort is 90 minutes, Daytona Beach is 30 miles away.

Oh hell no!!

The frig broke the first day of our trip ! We arrived on a friday and the frig was broke when we woke up on sat thank god we didnt go shopping yet. we used coolers we had and got a small amount of food. I called the owner and yes he did call us back right away and talked to the manufacturer cause it was only two yrs old so yes we were very understanding about it. So four days later and talking to the owner and the manufacturer we got it fix the compresser was burt out. The repairman told us thay had dry wall work done behind the frig and a pile of dry wall dust was behind the frig and it sucked it up and burnt out the compresser. This house needs so much repairs . the big beautiful sliders you see in the pictrues do not open at all you have to use this tiny little door in a bathroom to go outside to the patio .Toilets do not flush well, patio furniture is rusted and dirty, The front door lock stopped working, All the floors are so dirty our feet got black everyday. I dont beleive the two older people who clean can handle such abig job at there elderly age. The side the pool has gooy brown stuff the pool guy can't clean off and blackstuff on the pool sides. Ive been renting for five yrs and get five stars at all the houses i rent i have never left a bad review before but this house is in such bad condition and needs so much repairs its not really worth the money he is asking. Just a warning to others!!! Shoudhave took all the other comments more seriously for now on i will.

A Nice Place to Stay

The home is large, spacious, and nice decorated, with quality furnishings. It is in a nice neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants. It is a great place to stay if you are visiting Palm Coast.

Not a jewel

The place was outdated, not recently cleaned and misleading. I have pictures of bugs through house. Garage very dirty, pool had what appeared to be black mold, listed as having a spa (hot tub jets in place but not connected). When questioned owner after arrival, was told a spa is just a sitting area in pool and same temp as pool. (Spa = steam bath). When mentioned about the jets in “spa” area they argued there was none.

Family Holiday Vacation

Great Layout for larger groups. Everyone had privacy. Appreciate all the labels on switches for fans/lights, it made everything flow easily. Our kiddos loved the heated pool. Wished the weather was more cooperative.

Barbara and myself have been visiting her family which live in the area for years. We just love it in Palm Coast and decided to purchase a home of our own. We love to go to the ocean which is just a few minutes away and eat sea food. We are also close to Daytona and St. Augustine, the oldest city in the US. We live in the Northeast and frequently fly down to Orlando which is only 1hour away, we just love our new home and Palm Coast Fl.

This property has been renovated and is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with older folks nearby. This property is completely fenced in for total privacy and tranquility. I am sure you will enjoy this beautiful home, the heated pool and the five televisions.

What makes this property unique

All Furnishings and Furniture are relatively new. This Home has a large Saltwater Heated Pool with Large Lanai for Relaxation. We are only 1/2 mile from the Beautiful Pilne Lakes Golf Course in Palm Coast and only 5 Miles from Flager Beach.
