Gemini Lodge, Paradise right on waters edge of Lake Rotorua.
Launch your boat, Jet ski with either your vehicle or I can help you with our tractor or borrow (free of charge) one or two of our Kayaks and launch any of these off the front of our property.
On the waters edge of Lake Rotorua, our Chalet is the ideal getaway for a relaxing few days or some exciting rides either from the Chalet with our own jet boat or at the 4WD adventure park, Gondola and luge rides or the beautiful Kiwi and trout sanctuary all within a 5 minute drive. Or relax in our beautiful setting and have some peace and quiet, lake front walks and only 10 minute drive to the centre of Rotorua township.

Great replacing lakeside location.

Joe and Cynthia were brilliant hosts ready to help or answer any of our questions. Our only regret is not being able to take the boat trip Joe offered which we had to decline due to problems with our flights. The property is huge with free access to a lovely outside room with excellent spa, exercise machines and gathering space, which looks out on the lake only a few metres away. The accommodation is clean and kitchen well equipped. Any negatives? Not really but we were 4 adults which was fine, although we would have appreciated another comfy chair in the kitchen area when watching a film on the TV late evening - since the sofa was really best for three. (I bought chair down from upstairs). No worries as really the property is all about the brilliant outside space which we loved. We would definitely come back again!

Perfect, cozy home!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon visit to Rotorua and loved this little home! It was close enough to the main city area but still had a private get away feel! The host is amazing and the home was very clean!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Moving to Rotorua in July 2017 was an awesome lifestyle change for our family. Having three young kids, 5, 7 and 9, a girl and two boys, it has allowed us to enjoy more outdoor activities like Mountain biking, water activities on the lakes and only a few hours to the ski fields to name just a few.
An absolute change for the better.

Paradise next to Lake Rotorua where you can launch your water toys, and boat directly off our beach
Firepit for that evening campfire feel with friends, family and kids
Peaceful surroundings that at night are stunningly and quiet and peaceful
Big open flat land that you can play on with everyone or extend that play out onto the reserve
Picnic area with amazing views all located on our property
