About this property

This property is a gem, on a quiet street, very close (walking distance) to Graca (one of the tourist neighborhoods with the most beautiful Miradors and restaurants).
The apt is 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom with a bathtub, kitchen, living room and three dinning areas, one next to the kitchen on the first floor, one upstairs and there is the roof top with a table to eat "all Fresco" and chairs to laydown and take sun, the roof top is very private, we put wood all around it so is totally private and no buildings in front, open view you can still see a bit of the river and a lot of green.
The street is very quiet, with beautiful typical Lisbon architecture.
A lot of stores, cafes, restaurants even a big supermarket all near by walking distance, the apt is on a 3 floor but there is an elevator.

Great location and comfortable stay

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! probably one of the best stays ever -- the location is great, apartment has all the necessary amenities and is super clean. We could tell the owner put in a lot of thought to make this place feel like home and provide all the necessaries that may come of use. communication was great and the list of recommendations was super handy. having such a nice place to stay in definitely added to the wonderful Lisbon experience. I would definitely stay here again -- highly recommend this property!

Lovely, well equipped, modern apartment with roof terrace

Spacious and tastefully decorated apartment with all mod cons. Wonderful kitchen and living areas. Giant, comfortable bed! Plenty of storage space too. Situated in a quiet area with good access to public transport to view the sites of the city.

Séjour merveilleux dans un appartement splendide

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, l'appartement est comme présenté sur les photos : propre, décoré avec goût, super fonctionnel et très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa situation un peu au calme mais proche de tout, sa litterie de qualité et évidemment, le plaisir de déjeuner et terminer la soirée sur l'agréable terrasse. La communication avec Susana est cordiale et vraiment facile. Tout cela, nous a permis de passer un séjour fantastique à la découverte de Lisbonne. Encore merci, nous recommandons vivement... 😍

We wanted a bigger unit with elevator (very dificult to find in Lisbon) but not on a big buiding we like the small buidings (very Lisboa) a friend told us that he wanted to sell his unit he never had lived on it and we bought it right way, is so beautiful...
