With direct trains to Gatwick Airport, Ashford International and London all within 1 hour journey time, the apartment is also well suited as a longer term corporate rental.

The large open-plan lounge-diner with double patio doors opening to the balcony offers amazing views of the English Channel and beach, has a comfortable double sofa bed, flat screen television, DVD player, telephone available, free WiFi, radio/CD player and dining table seats 6. I just wanted to email you to say you have a beautiful well equipped apartment in Eastbourne. We think the photos don't do it justice on the website. We had a lovely time and the weather wasn't too bad. We just arrived back into Australia. We look forward to coming back and staying again but unfortunately it wouldn't be for a few years if you still have the apartment.

The very best in luxury

The best holiday let we have ever stopped in every thing catered for in a stunning location. From the moment you step into this holiday home the view takes your breath away, it will have you mesmerized. The flat is finished to a very high standard thoughtfully furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Loved the welcome pack and the very high standard of cleanliness we would whole heartily recommend this gem to anyone. Thank you to Mrs Harbourne for making the stay so memorable it was a well deserved holiday for my daughter and will definitely be back.

A fabulous apartment, perfection!

We had a wonderful time here. The apartment is all it says it is and more. In a quiet location next to the beach. The sound of the waves and the view of the sea is just beautiful. The balcony is a huge plus.

It is clean and tidy and very well stocked, right down to deckchairs and board games. Everything has been very well thought out. The whole experience from start to finish was great.

Communication with Nina was very efficient. It really was like home from home or staying at a friends house.

This was our first holiday away as a family. After staying here we can't wait to book next years. We couldn't have wished for anything more... Well except another week maybe!!

Beatiful week in Eastbourne-Sovereign Harbour

We really enjoied the week spent in Sovereign .The apartment is beatiful , clean and tidy , finely furnished , with WiFi , television and other amenities. The kitchen is roomy and fully equipped with all sorts of tools , owen , dishwasher .

The location is great , directly on the quite beach , well positioned for nice walks on the seaside and toward the cosy village Pevensey and the harbour , we enjoied the sunrise and moonlight on the sea directly from living room.

The owner is very supportive , she gave lot of suggestions to reach the location and improve our travel experience in the region.

I'd absolutely suggest the location to friends of mine and I hope I'll have the opportunity to come back sometimes.

Wonderful apartment at the sea front in Eastbourne Sovereign Harbour

Wir haben die Osterferien in diesem sehr geräumigen und gut ausgestatteten Apartment verbracht. Der Blick direkt aufs Meer ist jedes Mal fantastisch!

Man kann die Kinder problemlos am Strand spielen lassen und sie vom Balkon aus beobachten. (Der Strand ist ein reiner Steinstrand; der Wellengang und die Strömung schienen uns erheblich!)

Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig in einer reinen Wohngegend (Sovereign Harbour North), etwa 15 min mit dem Auto vom Stadtzentrum von Eastbourne entfernt. In 20 min Laufnähe oder 5 min Fahrtzeit gibt es alles, was man braucht: Tankstelle, Supermarkt, Post, Kino, Restaurants etc.

Eastbourne selbst ist optimal gelegen, um Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung mit dem Auto (Brighton, Herstmonceaux, Seven Sisters etc.) oder mit dem Zug zu machen (z.B. London 1,5 h Direktverbindung zu Victoria Station). Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in und bei der Stadt. Im Apartment ist eine große Sammlung an Flyern und Ratgebern, in denen man sich informieren kann.

Das Apartment selbst ist optimal aufgeteilt, mit viel Platz für 4 Personen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um wie zuhause zu kochen (Gasherd, Geschirrspüler).

Die Korrespondenz mit unseren Vermietern verlief reibungslos und war sehr freundlich!

Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Eastbourne sehr genossen und können das Apartment nur empfehlen!

Beautiful apartment + Stunning views = Wonderful holiday

Thank you Nina, we have had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The apartment was beautiful and exactly as you described. It was lovely to be able to sit and have breakfast in the morning overlooking the sea and then in the evening having a leisurely walk along the beach and around the nearby Marina. A great base to visit Eastbourne, Brighton and Hastings. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

Sovereign Harbour is only few minutes drive from Eastbourne Town Centre and is the largest marina development in Europe. The 'Waterfront' Marina has lots of lovely shops, supermarket and excellent range of restaurants offering exquisite international cuisine with outside seating making it a great place for relaxing and watching boats go by. Boat trips and tuition in water sports available from the harbour.

There is always so much to do in Eastbourne making it an ideal all year round holiday destination for all ages, for example: Fishing in front of the apartment, miles of pebble and sandy beaches all along Eastbourne to Birling Gap and beyond, tennis courts (AEGON International Centre), famous scenic walks on Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters Country Park or rock pools in Birling Gap, Redoubt Fortress and Military Museum, zoo, leisure centre with swimming pools, fitness & gym, bowling & laserquest centre, Hang Gliding & Paragliding. The famous 1066 Battle near Hastings, Pevensey Castle and Herstmonceux Observatory Science Centre are all less than 1 hour's drive and Newhaven Ferry Port with regular sailings to France is only 20 minutes away so don't forget your passport!! A golf course is practically on the door step from the apartment.
