Immaculate 2 bed 2 bathroom holiday home with direct beach access & free wifi

Recently refurbished throughout, stunning beachfront apartment fitted to very high standard available for holiday and short-term rentals in tranquil location. Free allocated parking in secured, off-road carport and unlimited wifi. Telephone available on request. The apartment has secure entry phone system and a lift. We offer discounts for bookings over 2 weeks.

With good public transport into the town centre, direct trains to Gatwick Airport, Ashford International (Eurostar) and London all within 1 hour journey time, the apartment is also well placed for short term rentals - takes the hassle out of setting up utility bills, buying linen, moving furniture and no agent fees!

Spacious open-plan living area with double patio doors opening to the private balcony with amazing views of the English Channel and beach has large dining table and seats for 6 people, comfy double sofa-bed, two armchairs, Smart TV, DVD player and radio/CD player.

Modern well equipped kitchen includes hob, oven, washer-tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and breakfast table to enjoy the sea views. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, double fitted wardrobe and its own private en-suite with walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. Main bathroom has a bath, wash basin and toilet. Bedroom two also has fitted double wardrobe, two single beds and chest of drawers. Gas central heating throughout. Baby cot & high chair, beach chairs, tabel & umbrella for al-fresco beach dining available in the apartment to use free of charge as are plenty of toys, games, puzzles, dvds and books to keep all entertained.

The prestigious Sovereign Harbour Marina offering exquisite range of international restaurants, shops, cafes, cinema and large supermarket is minutes away by car or easy 5 minute stroll along the seafront promenade. Bus-stop with regular service to Eastbourne town centre for onward connections to Brighton, Hastings, train station and other attractions is just top of our road so leave the car behind and no stress about finding parking space in town! Golf Course and sailing club practically on the doorstep.

Eastbourne pier is 10 mins away. Seven Sisters Country Park, Beachy Head and Birling Gap are 15 mins away. Brighton and Hastings are 30 mins drive. Pevensey Castle and Pevensey Bay (where William the Conqueror landed in 1066), is 5 min drive.

We had a lovely time and the weather wasn't too bad. We just arrived back into Australia. We look forward to coming back and staying again but unfortunately it wouldn't be for a few years if you still have the apartment.

wonderful, freshly renovated appartment. Beautiful seaview, located direct at the beach.

The apartment seemed directly renovated before our stay. Generously furnished, even in the kitchen everything seemed to be new. We found everything we needed, we really enjoyed our stay and can recommend this apartment for families up to 4 people. A lot of space to savour holidays.

We will surely come back again.

A Gem of a Holiday Home on the South Coast

I booked this fabulous holiday apartment, as my family from Yorkshire were coming to Eastbourne for our son's wedding. What a great idea this was, they had everything they needed, a real home from home with an amazing view.

The apartment is wonderfully furnished and immaculately clean. I cannot recommend it highly enough for a holiday stay.

A lovely base to explore a great part of Britain

We stayed here for the school holidays last week 26th May-2nd June and loved it. A beautifully appointed 2 bedroom apartment on the beach that for my children was perfect to explore Eastbourne and the surrounding areas. The property is immaculate and, whilst their are very direct rules on how you need to treat this place, including on check out, I can only suggest that if you are the type of family or couple that like a neat and tidy house at home, you will be fine and frankly that is why the place stays so nice 👍 The owner Nina was superbly efficient in all communication before and after the booking and the area around this apartment is stunning with The observatory and Drusillas park two must do's with young kids. A fantastic holiday-we will be back x

Fantastic property with stunning views , quite location

What a fantastic property, absolutely stunning views, great location with easy access to attractions, the property was beautiful and was well equipped with everything you could need and was very comfortable, could have done with a hand rail in the shower for the less stable/mobile (elderly father) but other than that could not fault the property, Nina the owner was lovely and very helpful with any questions, A big thank you Nina with the flexibility it made our weekend.

Will definitely be returning at some point in the future.

Nice touch with the tea/coffee milk on arrival much appreciated from us teapots... 🙏

The 'Waterfront' Marina has lots of lovely shops, supermarket and excellent range of restaurants offering exquisite international cuisine with outside seating making it a great place for relaxing and watching boats go by. Boat trips available from the harbour.

There is always so much to do in Eastbourne making it an ideal all year round holiday destination for all ages, for example: Fishing in front of the apartment, miles of beaches all along Eastbourne to Birling Gap and beyond, tennis courts (AEGON International Centre), famous scenic walks on Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters Country Park or rock pools in Birling Gap, Redoubt Fortress and Military Museum, zoo, leisure centre with swimming pools, wave machine, fitness & gym, bowling & laserquest centre, Hang Gliding & Paragliding. The famous 1066 Battle near Hastings, Pevensey Castle and Herstmonceux Observatory Science Centre are all within easy reach. Newhaven Ferry Port with regular sailings to France is only 20 minutes away so don't forget your passport!! A golf course is practically on the door step from the apartment.

Rates listed include electricity, central heating, water, Wifi access, bed linen & bathroom towels for 4 people. Additional fees apply for 5th & 6th person and 3% of total rental for all bookings made via HomeAway portal.

We accept payments by personal cheque drawn on UK bank accouts, direct bank tranfers and payments via HomeAway (please note additional 3% as card processing fee will apply). The amount credited into our bank account is the amount paid by the Tenant, less the processing/commission fee if applicable. Therefore, please ensure that all credit/bank charges and commissions are covered by you as we will only credit you with what we receive into our bank account. Any shortfalls in payment resulting from HomeAway card charges/fees incurred when proccesing payments will be passed on to you and WILL BE DEDUCTED from your Security Deposit.

PAYMENTS MADE VIA HOMEAWAY: Please note, for ALL payments made by Visa Debit/Visa Credit/MasterCard Debit/Mastercard Credit via HomeAway, WILL incur additional 3% of the total transaction amount (subject to change) added on top of the total rental shown as “processing fee”. The processing fee is collected by Yapstone (and not us), before a payment gets disbursed into our bank account. The 3% processing fee charge incurred will be passed on to you and will be deducted from your security deposit.

Deposit refunded within 14 working days of returning the keys provided the property is left in same condition as found - clean, tidy and undamaged. Any charges resulting from damage/breakages, repairs, extra/deep cleaning incurred after your check-out, a 3% fee will be applied to the total amount when returning your security via HomeAway as “card transaction” fee.

Chargeback fee (determined by the currency of your bank account): 25.00 USD per chargeback/25.00 CAD per chargeback/20.00 EUR per chargeback/16.00 GBP per chargeback.
