This beautiful oasis has been fully renovated and updated including the outside! It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with everything necessary to make special memories, including a fully equipped kitchen with ice maker, large 32 ft private heated screened in pool, 8 man hot tub, and an outdoor grill/kitchen- you will need to provide propane. The pool area has a bar with three bar stools and a pass through window into the kitchen. The outdoor area is very spacious and is completely enclosed with a privacy fence. The whole backyard and pool area has special night time lighting. The yard has a fire pit area with 4 Adirondack chairs, bicycles and beach chairs in the shed, a tree swing, and a hammock in the shade. The front of the house has a screened in porch area. There are 4 televisions in the home which include one large widescreen TV in the living room and one in each of the three bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is also a movie room. It has a built in DVD player with many DVDs to choose from for your own special movie night. The master bedroom features a king size sleep number bed with a TempurPedic top to help you get that extra rest needed. It has sliding glass doors that open right up into the pool area in case you want to go for a night time swim. The second bedroom has a queen TempurPedic bed for many restful nights. The 3rd bedroom has a queen sofa bed and a large Corda Roy bean bag chair as seen on Shark Tank that opens up into a queen bed. A washer and dryer is conveniently located in the 3rd bedroom closet. Two of the bedrooms have walk-in closets. There is also a queen sofa bed for additional guests in the living room to accommodate a total of 10 people in the home. One of the bathrooms opens right up into the pool area so that you do not have to walk through the home to go to the bathroom. Cable and Wireless High Speed Internet access is provided so you can stay connected via your PC or smart device throughout the home. The home is fully and beautifully furnished in a ‘beachy’ theme and comes with everything you need for a memorable vacation with your family. There is plenty of spacious comfortable living area both inside and outside. There is plenty of bedding and towels for 10 people. Just bring your swim suit and toothbrush! The home is very close to several beaches which are outlined in the welcome book. Great shopping and dining can be found close by. Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach and Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks are nearby. The Tampa Airport is 35 minutes away. Disney and Sea World are approximately 95 minutes away.
