Large detached farmhouse style holiday cottage comfortably accommodates 12 adults in 6 bedrooms, self-catering. The house has full central heating which is inclusive in the price. The property is 1 mile away from the convenience of Haverfordwest's shops, restaurants and pubs but remains peaceful, in open countryside at the end of a private 300 yard long lane.
The house is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate 12 adults, in 6 bedrooms, so is ideal for a large family holiday, club outing or group booking. The games room has a dartboard and proper full sized bar pool table. Whilst the house is conveniently placed within easy reach of restaurants, pubs & shops it remains tranquil thanks to it's own 300 yard long lane. The beach at Broad Haven is only 15 minutes away.
It has a large beamed farmhouse kitchen, which is big enough to seat twelve. The kitchen is equipped with a with a 5 ring gas range cooker, with double oven/grill; dishwasher, microwave, coffee filter and larder fridge. The spacious utility room houses freezer, washing machine and tumble drier, as well as recycling facilities.
There is a lounge sitting room, both comfortably furnished with leather suites. One is equipped with a flat screen TV, Blu Ray/DVD player and personal hard drive recorder, whilst the other has an extensive library and a Hi-Fi system, complete with CD.
There are various other pass-times , such as jigsaws, Monopoly, Cluedo, children’s toys, etc.

The 6 bedrooms consist of 2 King-sized, 2 twins, 1 single and 1 family room with 3 singles. If the house is required by 6 couples, the single room can easily be converted to a twin (advanced notice would be appreciated). One of the twins is situated on the ground floor and has an adjacent bathroom, with WC & shower, so may be ideal for people who have difficulty with stairs.
There are 2 bathrooms upstairs, one with a shower and one with a bath. Both have toilets.
The house centrally heated. Bed-linen and towels are inclusive as is heating, gas, electricity and logs for the open fire. There is free wireless access to BT Infinity superfast broadband.
There is a large & enclosed garden with brick-built charcoal barbecue and children's swing.
There is plenty of space to park in the courtyard.
Great weekend in a homely, clean, warm, comfortable farmhouse. We all had many a happy hour in the games room and the children loved the size of the house to play hide and seek. Thank you both very much, it gave me and my family a 50th birthday to remember.
Brilliant weekend! Really warm and comfortable. Fabulous games room, buckets of hot water. V. close to the centre of Haverfordwest, 20 mins Oakwood, 30 mins beach at Broadhaven.
We had 8 adults and 4 children whose ages ranged between 5 - 15.

The beaches at Broad Haven and Little Haven are only 15 minutes drive away, and several major attractions, such as Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm, Heatherton, St David's and Tenby are all conveniently within reach. It is fair to say, Haroldston’s central location makes it a perfect base for exploring all of wonderful Pembrokeshire.
The county is steeped in history with many well preserved castles and other historical buildings. Haroldston takes its name from the now ruined Elizabethan manor house (owned by Elizabeth’s half brother, Sir John Perrott) and could easily have been a farmhouse on that estate.
For the keen sports person, there are 2 golf courses within 3 miles (one with 9 holes and the other with 18) and a superb and brand new (in 2009) leisure centre and swimming pool. There is ample fishing of all types.
