3 Bed/3 Bath Craftsman in heart of the University District, walk downtown

This recently remodeled craftsman in the heart of the University district is walking distance to downtown, university activities, and south-side brewery favorites such as The Kettle House.

If you are in town visiting students, enjoy being one block away from the University.

If you are in town to enjoy fishing or the great out doors, enjoy a centrally located home base that is a short drive to all the best Montana has to offer.

The house features three total bedrooms with two bedrooms downstairs with Queen beds. The master bedroom has a private bath with walk-in shower and features a double sink.

The additional guest bathroom centrally located features a walk-in shower and high-end porcelain & stainless steel sink.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with two twin beds and an additional adjoining full private bathroom with shower.

The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances with a high-end italian gas stove and oven.

A breakfast bar seats two on high stools with great views of the living room and dining room.

Beyond the kitchen is an open floor plan dining area with picture windows and a mahogany dining table that seats eight when the optional table leafs are installed.

Adjacent to the dining area is a pantry and laundry nook that has high-capacity stackable new washer/dryer.

Two french doors lead to a hardscaped back patio area with excellent views of Mt. Sentinel and features a patio table set and large gas grill for entertaining outside.

The house features free WiFi and access to an Apple TV to enjoy HBO, Netflix, ESPN, and a library of over 100 recent and classic movies and thousands of episodes of popular TV shows – all to be enjoyed on the new 55" LED HD TV mounted elegantly in the custom built-in.

The house is very child friendly with a baby gate for the upstairs, Pack-&-Play crib in the closet, and high chair. There are also an assortment of children's books and toys at the house. The back yard is completely enclosed with a high fence so your little ones can enjoy the house without having to worry about them running down the street.

Great place to stay!

Excellent place and highly recommend staying here! We stayed here for 17 days as love the town of Missoula and it's epic fly fishing and couldn't have been happier with the place.Excellent location in University District within walking distance to campus, hiking the M, the Hip Strip,and all that downtown Missoula has to offer. The place has been very nicely renovated with large open and well appointed kitchen, nice bedrooms and very large and nicely appointed bathrooms. Back yard and front porch provide great open space to hang out. And Eric, the owner, is 100% on top of everything and a gracious owner that makes it a priority to make sure your stay at his place is top notch----will definitely be coming back to this place on annual basis.

Cute bungalow right next to University!

This is probably the cleanest rental I have ever rented. We have been VRBO people for many, many years. The beds and bathrooms were wonderful. It is right next to the U, so if you are there for the University, you can't go wrong with this location. It's quite a walk to town, but doable... The kitchen is great. Nice appliances. You can tell a cook help set up the kitchen. Lots of spices and tea in pantry.

It was nice to have Liquid Planet next door....good breakfast and lunch. Our only problem was with the Apple TV. If we weren't gone all the time and wanted to watch a football game or something on the tv, we were out of luck. Not a fan of Apple TV...will avoid from now on.

The owners were great....answered question right away.

Great home for a family

Perfect location, easy to get everywhere. House was clean and user friendly,well stocked linens. Liquid Planet across the street for all coffee lovers. We will be back! Strongly recommend.

Prime location with first class accommodations.

This immaculate house has everything we wanted - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, good kitchen, spacious living room, nice rear patio with grill and offstreet parking, all in first class condition. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Easy walk to downtown with all its offerings and right next to the university, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We would gladly return to this house.

Adorable Home!

My family had the pleasure of staying at this completed renovated and beautiful home. Eric was great to work with from the very start! He was extremely responsive when booking, then again upon arrival and departure. The home was conveniently located close to the University, Downtown and the Clark Fork river where we went fly fishing. Upon arrival the home was very clean and bright. The appliances, washer and dryer were top of the line as well as the small appliances. The home is meticulously decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. The renovations are exquisite with clean lines and modern updates to the bathrooms. We also enjoyed the unique collection of books, including books on bee keeping, we are bee keepers ourselves. This is an ideal home for anyone wanting the convenience of nearby activities and then returning to a relaxing and clean home. Our family of 7 was very comfortable in this home and highly recommend it to anyone- we will be returning, hopefully soon.
