This ideally-placed condo is right next to the beach and near several great restaurants. For family fun, travel seven miles to Pier Park, a shopping and entertainment destination. You can even park your car here, but please note that parking passes are required for the parking lot.
Windows look out over the waves, letting in lots of natural light. Watch cable, upload pictures over the WiFi, or make a meal in the compact but fully stocked kitchen. In addition to the necessities, the kitchen features a coffeemaker and dishwasher.
This studio has room for up to four guests. There are two queen beds, and one sofabed. A family or group of friends enjoying the beach will appreciate the great location and amenities.
A community deck area has a charcoal grill where you can have a barbecue. If you're looking for a workout, there's a fitness room nearby and a shared pool. Other community amenities include laundry facilities and a game room.
Take advantage of all the beach has to offer. Walk along the sand as the sun sets, learn to surf, or go snorkeling. Shop for fun and unusual items at Pier Park, then take the kids on some rides or go fishing.

Over all the vaca was good. The condo needs updating and the cleaning person should be held to a higher standard. We love top of the gulf. It's small and friendly and not to crowded. Wouldn't Wana stay in this condo for a long period of time but for 3 days it was fine.

We stayed for 2 days. Easy check in. Great location right on the beach. Beautiful view from the room of the beach. The room was comfortable and adequate. It is an older property so the room could use a little up dating. All in all we were happy with our stay.
We wanted a few days to relax after our Disney cruise on our way home. The price was right. The room was efficient, clean and had great Air- conditioning. Right on the beach! Nice shower and hose to rinse off with when coming home from the beach. The Pool was just OK we prefer the beach. Place to buy food and snacks, along with soft drinks and beer around the pool area. The only need for improvement would be some needed updating to the kitchen and bathroom. All and all for the price it was a very pleasant stay.
