We consider this property as a "Little Piece of Tropical Paradise." Every morning looking out to the pool from our bedroom all we see are coconut palm trees blowing in breeze plus beautiful pool with tropical plantings.....what a way to wake up. :) Just having my first cup of coffee sitting on the lanai .....talk about relaxing this is it. A long list of great restaurants, with many awesome entertainment for those that like nightlife. Lots of things to do....boating, kayaking, fishing, water park (Sun Splash) and more! Our beach at the Cape has the tiki styled "Boat House restaurant" that over looks the beach, long fishing pier and lots of birds to watch such as seagulls, pelicans and even beautiful wild parrots. Sunsplash water park for the kids only 10 minutes away. Boat rentals available at several locations. For those of you that like to fish, we can leave a few fishing poles and lures and you can fish 24/7 on our dock.
We are people/people and we will meet you when you check in and answer any questions that you may have so we can make your stay a memorable one.

My husband and I moved to SW Florida in 2000. It didn't take long to fall in love with the area. We are boaters and water lovers. Our home gives peace and quiet and all the tropical feel for relaxation because of the water view & palms. I am from Connecticut and had always dreamed about moving to Florida as we used to vacation in Florida one week every year of my childhood. My husband and I spent 2 weeks searching for the right part of Florida for us; starting on the east coast and working to west coast across Alligator Alley. For many reasons SW Florida surpasses the East coast in our opinion. No major traffic, lots of islands to visit and water sports. Come check us out.....you will be back :)
Cape Coral is a large city land wise but feels like a small city atmosphere. Seems to never run out of new restaurants to try. Watch the manatees in the bay as well as lots of dolphins! Great fishing and boating found here, from Tarpon to mackerel and sheepshead and many more.
Maximum stay is 2 weeks. Minimum is one week.
