Brand new refurbishment of a 1980s built 3 bed terraced house on a quiet side street but just moments from vibrant Bermondsey. Modern bathroom and a stunning large kitchen, also a good sized garden.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms, the master "Oak" bedroom has a European Kingsize bed (160cm), and gorgeous Oak/mirrored wardrobes, the second "White" bedroom is almost the same size but a fraction smaller with a UK kingsize (150cm) and plenty of dresser space as well as a hanging area. The third bedroom is a bit smaller than the other two with a standard UK double (135-140cm) and a good size fitted wardrobe.
The bathroom has been refurbished with stunning porcelain tiles, a high spec thermostatic shower, and new sanitary ware throughout.
Downstairs there is a great sized living room, with 2 huge comfy leather sofas and a new HD/Smart TV (access to UK free to air catch up TV - iplayer, ITV, 4OD, etc. plus You Tube and Netflix if you have an account).
The kitchen/diner is again a brand new refurbishment, high spec kitchen with all German appliances (Miele/Neff/Bosch) including dishwasher and washer/dryer - handy for longer stays - as well as a solid resin worksurface. The dining table will seat 6.
Out the back you have access to the garden with artificial grass, decking and BBQ with table and 8 chairs.
There is so much going on in Bermondsey, it's a quiet residential area, but with fantastic links to the rest of London via the Jubilee line. There are a multitude of restaurants and bars, with famous Bermondsey Street and Shad Thames just a short walk or 5 minute cab ride away.
Our personal favourite is the Maltby Street market a 10 minute walk away with fantastic food and antiques on a Saturday and Sunday.
The nearest tube station is Bermondsey on the Jubilee line - it's 1km away. There is a bus stop at the end of the street too.

Pets may be allowed subject to additional fees - please check with us. Cancellation policy: Full refund available 30 days prior to your stay. 50% refund available from 30 until 7 days before your stay. 25% refund available 7 to 1 days before your stay. No refund available for no show or early departure. Guests must show ID on arrival which must match the cardholder name. This was such a great place to come home to after the hustle and bustle of city center it is a very quiet neighborhood and the apartment is very up to date and clean. There is a great grocery store nearby with English, Turkish and Greek specialties which we really appreciated. The walk to the subway is 10-15 minutes or there is a bus very close by if it's raining. Be sure to ask for instructions on the washer/dryer combo because we coudn't figure it out and didn't have time to call!
Nuestra estancia fue estupenda. La casa es amplia y cómoda y el barrio muy tranquilo. La relación con el propietario, Ian, impecable y muy seria. Muy recomendable.
