This 1BR/1BA studio apartment located on the second floor of a historic 3-story building has everything you need for a quick visit or a longer stay. The apartment is conveniently located in the center of Savannah’s Historic District, directly across the street from Colonial Park Cemetery.

Beautifully and warmly decorated, the apartment features an open floor plan with a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen that connects to the living room/sitting area. The kitchen has everything one needs for a comfortable stay including a refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker), stove/oven and microwave and a dishwasher. There's also a tea kettle and a coffee maker so you can enjoy your morning beverage in the calm of your home away from home before immersing yourself in the busy downtown.

The living room features a loveseat couch that converts to a twin bed for one additional guest. There's a TV, DVD/VCR and a Stereo in the cabinet. The cable is hooked up to basic cable.

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed underneath a gentle ceiling fan and a large hanging closet and plenty of drawers for you put up your belongings.

The bedroom connects to the large full bathroom through a sliding door.

Step out the front door to find yourself at the center of one of the largest National Historic Landmark Districts in the United States. All that the historic district has to offer is a very short walk away from your cozy downtown hideaway: historic sites, restaurants and bars, Forsyth Park and city squares, City Market, River Street, shopping, spas, museums, theaters, churches, and so much more!

I moved to Savannah from Switzerland in 1999 to attend SCAD and years after graduating I still live here. My husband and I enjoy sharing the history and beauty of the city we've both come to call home. I still speak fluent (Swiss-)German, so please feel free to contact me in my native language.

PLEASE NOTE: There's no designated parking spot for guests at this unit and mostly all parking in the area is on-street with coin-operated parking meters. Parking meters need to be fed Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm, expect holidays. Even though there is a small strip with about 3 un-metered parking spots right around the corner from the building on Floyd Street, we recommend visitors purchase a Visitor Parking Daypass. The Daypass allows limited parking in any City parking garage/lot, parking overtime in limited time zones or at any parking meter with a time limit of one hour or more. A Visitor Daypass is available to Savannah visitors for a price of $14 for 2 days (3 of these can be purchased at a time in order to create a week-long pass) and $8 for a single day. The Daypass is available at Mobility & Parking Services, 100 East Bryan St., Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm and the Savannah Visitors Center, 301 MLK Blvd., Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–5 pm and Sat & Sun, 9 am–5 pm.

Great location, adorable apartment

Spotlessly clean, well appointed kitchen, and quiet. Perfect location for walking everywhere in historic and downtown Savannah. My only negatives for this charming apartment are 1) it could use better lighting in the living area and 2) the lack of a bedroom door can make it difficult for guests that wake at different times.

Great Location and Comfort

This apartment was perfect for a quick romantic getaway. My husband and I have been to Savannah a few times and found that the location was extremely convenient to many of our favorite places. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would love to visit again!

Sold on Savannah

Larissa made it so easy! The entry directions were simple, and she gave complete and accurate information about parking, getting around, and so on. All of the brochures that we needed for things to do and see were right there in the unit. The location couldn't be better, and was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Definitely will book again with this owner!

Beautiful place, fully stocked and great location.

Nicely decorated and stocked well with dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Good lication. We were able to walk to the hot spots in town. No problem parking because we arrived Friday afternoon. Just watch for the street cleaning schedule posted along the street.

• Please be mindful of Savannah’s Noise Ordinance. As you are staying in a residential area. Be respectful to the neighbors and keep noise levels low between the hours of 9 pm–8 am.
• Guests must not exceed the listed occupancy.
• Pets are NOT allowed.
• Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment or in the hallways of the building.
• While “to-go” cups are legal in parts of the city, public intoxication is unlawful and may result in heavy fines and/or incarceration.
• Savannah has very strict litter laws. Please be sure that all litter, trash, and cigarette butts are placed in waste receptacles.
• There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
• Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and notify homeowner of broken dishes or other items that need to be replaced or repaired.
• At the time of booking, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
• Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area”. The day that authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
- Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
- Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
- Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
