This perfect, two-bedroom flat in London's West End offers ideal holiday accommodation in the centre of the greatest city in the world! (I may be biased...). Only minutes walk to a choice of tube stations, Michelin star restaurants, cafes, museums, parks and of course shopping!!

Two modern bedrooms both with flat screen Tv's and fitted wardrobes. Modern Bathroom with spa bath, fully equipped kitchen, Wood flooring, Private Terrace off the Air conditioned living area with views of the famous BT Tower. An ideal place to relax after a long day sight seeing!!

In between Regents Park and Oxford Street the property is situated in an ideal location. Walking distance to Regents Park, Oxford Street shopping, Michelin star restaurants, cafes, and several Museums. Fitzrovia is served by five Tube stations — Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Road, Goodge Street, Warren Street and Great Portland Street, offering access to the Northern, Victoria, Central, Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines.

What makes this apartment unique

The location is what we were attracted to when we saw the flat as we had lived in this street years ago and knew what a gem it was.

The private terrace off the living room sold it for us as we know what a luxury it is to have any outdoor space in central London and air conditioning in the living area is a welcomed special extra on warm days (and very unusual in a Period London flat).

Stayed in June 2016 for 6 nights...

The listing was as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. Plus, there's a laundry just down the street that we used for bigger loads that we didn't feel would fit in the compact washer/dryer. The terrace is nice, but unfortunately for us, it rained on our "lazy" day so we didn't have much time to enjoy it. The location is great - walking distance to 2 tube stations. Grocery stores nearby. Greg was very responsive and helpful. Plus, we appreciated in flexibility in the arrival time since the ship we were on was late getting back to Southhampton. We will be recommending the flat to friends traveling to London.

It was such a shame it rained (in Summer!) and you couldn't make full use of our fabulous terrace but London weather can be unpredictable.... We recently had a scorching 32 degrees Celsius in September!

Very nice flat in a great location

We greatly enjoyed our week at the flat. It is comfortable and well equipped. There are a number of nice restaurants close by and the tube station is an easy walk. Greg was very accommodating and easy to work with. We did not need to use the air conditioning, but it was reassuring to know it was there, in case of a heat wave. The outside patio is a real plus, with nice landscaping and comfortable furniture. All in all, an excellent choice!

Great flat in a great neighborhood

Wonderful flat in close walking distance to restaurants shopping and tube station. We loved our time spent on the great terrace and Greg was a great host! We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location; well-equipped London flat

Our family of four spent a happy week in this conveniently located flat. We were within walking distance of many London attractions and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Greg is a great host, greeting us warmly when we arrived and explaining the British appliances to these Americans. Renting a flat is definitely the way to go, particularly when traveling as a family. We found plenty of breakfast items and snacks at the local Tesco. The courtyard is a welcome oasis, particularly on a sunny day. You won't go wrong renting this flat!

Perfect for us!

My wife and daughters (ages 11 and 14) and I just got back today and I felt compelled to write this review almost immediately. The flat was everything that was promised and perfect for us. The location was great, the amenities perfect, and just enough space so that we did not pay for anything more than we needed. With its proximity to three tube stops it is easy to get anywhere. The grocers are just steps away and there are plenty of food options within about three blocks. Clean and everything was in fine working. The owner and his wife made it hospitable and comfortable.
