This spectacular 10th floor front condo has a wrap around balcony for FANTASTIC sunset views all year long! Both bedrooms open up to the balcony with great views of the Gulf of Mexico, and Tigertail Beach. We offer free wifi as well as cable smart TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen, with reverse osmosis water system for great tasting filtered water. Master bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom has twins. Large pool with plenty of lounges. Beach access by the pool with miles of beach walking, and shelling. Outdoor shower. Beautiful landscaping. Gated entrance to the property for privacy. Although new to this site, this condo has been a popular vacation rental since 1997. Please call for availability.

What a fantastic location!

I would definitely recommend if you are looking to easy access to the pool and an absolutely beautiful beach. Views from every room that are breathtaking. Sliding doors to the balcony in the living room and each of the bedrooms. I echo the comments about the sunsets. I was in Marco with my daughter and 3 of her college girlfriends. It was perfect as we were able to walk to the beach or pool whenever we wanted to so I could do my thing and they could do theirs. They girls ran every morning. We rented bikes, kayaks and had some great dinners at nearby restaurants. Grocery stores very close and easy parking within the complex. This condo comes with plenty of beach towels, chairs, etc. anything you could think of for a beach day. The kitchen is small but is stocked with what you need to cook. The complex is older...so don't be surprised when you don't see high end upgrades in the kitchen, older cabinets and the like but the owners have furnished the condo with nice furniture, nice beds (plenty of bedding)...lots of space so we definitely did not feel like we were on top of one another. Thanks for a great week full of memories!

Great Condo could use some updating

This condo was very comfortable and the owner was gracious and prompt when there were some items we requested for the unit. The beds were very comfortable and the supplies of towels and table ware was just fine. The only negative with this unit is that the bathrooms have not been updated and NO SAFETY BARS have been installed in the tub area. For those of us over 65 years old and you do not have walk in showers you have to have safety bars installed. The owner should have done that years ago, for their own protection. The kitchen is Formica and white so it stains constantly, so daily I was doing stain removal to keep it looking clean and bright. The cleaning team that was used did a fair job of cleaning the condo, but the owner provided a new dirt devil vacuum and it was very efficient in getting large amounts of dirt and carpet fuzz up from all carpeted areas making it look a lot better. The ice maker was frozen and non operational , no one had checked to see if it worked BUT I pouring a little hot water into the system and got the block of ice out, getting it to working again. We were disappointed that the owner rented the unit (2019) to someone else for 1/2 the month that we rented it for this year. MOST owners at least ask the tenant that rent for a month in their unit if they wish first option for the next year. Shame ....

Owner's Response: My husband and I do everything possible to make our guests comfortable in our beautiful condo. We welcome honest requests like safety bars in the bathroom and will take care of that important suggestion. We are happy that this guest loved our condo so much they wished they had it for the whole month next March. Fortunately for us, many people want to stay in our condo. It just so happened that someone booked it before this couple had every stayed with us before and we had no idea they may have wanted to stay again. We put no pressure on anyone to rent and many say they can't wait to come back. We are grateful to all the lovely people who stay with us, including this couple whom I met when I brought all they requested to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Happy sunsets !!!!

Wonderful Marco Island

We loved the condo. The pool area is fantastic and allows you to have shade up till about 2 in the afternoon when you need a break from the sun. This condo balcony allows you shade all day if you want it, as well as sun when you want that. Could not ask for easier access to the beach and miles of strolling. Great condo.

Christmas get away

it was an awesome time. very relaxing. Sue and Wade are wonderful hosts who are the most helpful couple ever. the views from the condo are unbelievable and the sunsets impeccable. we will most definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a good time on Marco.

Beautiful property

We traveled to Marco Island the first of November with our daughter, son-in-law and 19 month old grandson. Sue met us at the condo when we arrived around noon and we were so grateful to be given the keys for an early check-in! The weather was perfect, the beach beautiful and uncrowded. We rented a beach stroller from Tiny Tikes Treasures for our grandson as it is a bit of a hike to the beach. They dropped it off promptly to the unit after we called and picked it up the day we left - couldn't have been easier. The condo was beautifully furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. There is a washer and dryer down the hall on the same floor, but not in the unit - a bit of an inconvenience as we traveled with a little boy who had so so much fun in the sand. The sand toys, trolley, beach chairs, umbrella, and towels provided were a real plus and made our time at the beach so much more enjoyable. If looking for a place to eat, don't miss Snooks Inn - they have an all you can eat seafood buffet with waterfront dining - it was our favorite place to eat!

Owner's Response: In mid September of this year Marco Island had a direct hit from Hurricane Irma. It was quite devastating for many homeowners and condos. South Seas towers three and four had much damage. The association was incredible getting the right people to deal with our own situation. They did a great job and the pool and other facilities are back in use and very popular. Our own condo had no damage for which we are so very grateful, but the building had areas of damage which I am not fully aware of. Each floor has a laundry room and can be used by any guest staying on any floor. I am assuming the laundry room on our floor was having repairs. We appreciate all our guests and love that they feel so much at home in our lovely condo. My husband and I have lived on Marco Island for 20 years and it just gets better and better. We agree with our guest that the Snook Inn is a must. We also have a number of restaurants within walking distance from the condo!
