IN ADDITION TO THIS UNIT BEING BEAUTIFUL AND HAVING ALL THE AMENITIES ONE CAN ASK FOR, IT IS IN A PRIME LOCATION. THE OCEAN IS ACROSS THE STREET AND THE INTRACOSTAL WATERWAY OUT THE LANAI DOOR.

This Beautiful condo was UPDATED again May of 2016.
All of these photos are current as of May 2016. I wish the site allowed more photos as there is so much for you to see in the condo and around Flagler Beach. Check out the picture of the beach showing where the condo is located. You will be amazed how close to the ocean you are.
1st floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is truly steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. Google Earth says it's 700 feet to the Ocean and less than 120 feet from the private marina, gazebo and the vast views of the ICW. Being on the first floor allows for easy access.
MASTER BEDROOM is furnished with a king size bed, dresser, 26' LCD HD TV with cable, side tables and table lamps, a very comfortable lounge chair to relax and watch TV or sit back and read a good book. Bring the outside in and open the sliding doors in the master bedroom that lead to the well furnished lanai and enjoy your morning coffee as you listen to the ocean and feel those amazing breezes. This room is equipped with a clock radio / alarm, 4 sets of linens, blankets and extra pillows for the large king size bed.
WALK in CLOSET has top shelving throughout and storage baskets for your odds and ends along with a variety of hangers.
GUEST BEDROOM is located on the opposite side of the condo allowing for privacy. This room has Futon Bunk Beds and opens to a full size bed in addition to a twin bed, dresser, night table and lamp, and your own 32' LCD HD TV with cable. The room is equipped with a large closet, a variety of hangers, clock radio, 2 sets of linens, blankets and extra pillows.
MASTER BEDROOM EN SUITE BATHROOM has a shower, large vanity with drawers, with lot's of storage cabinets, mirror the length of the vanity, magnifying mirror, hair dryer, luxury hand and bath towels.
GUEST BATHROOM is on the opposite side of the condo by the guest bedroom allowing for privacy and is equipped with a tub and shower, mirror, hair dryer, luxury hand, and bath Towels.
A SAFE has been installed in the condo to secure your personal belongings. You are responsible for creating your own code. This ensures no one else has access and gives you peace of mind while your out and about.
To help our Guest settle in upon arrival, toiletries are provided in both bathrooms such as toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, first aid kit, shampoo, lotion, soap and tissue paper are provided.
KITCHEN is fully equipped with range, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer with water dispenser and ice maker, and dishwasher. The kitchen is furnished with everything you have at home and more. Dinnerware, silverware, pots, pans, serving platters, drinking glasses, utensils, bar necessitates for the happy hour on the lanai, blender, mixer, coffee grinder, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot and toaster. Just too many items to mention.
There is a large pantry for food storage with some basic necessitates to help you get started.
WASHER/DRYER are in suite for your convenience.
LIVING ROOM is furnished with a new comfortable woven fabric couch and love seat, relaxing lounge chair, 42” Plasma HD TV, blue ray, DVD player and a blue tooth sound bar where you can play music from your IPod, Cell Phone or IPAD or any Blue tooth device. Don't worry about how to work all those remotes. We have made it easy with only one remote for all of these electronics.
Cable is also included!
Included for your pleasure are lots of DVD movies, games, puzzles and books.
INTERNET is provided FREE of charge. 30 MEG WI-FI private modem for condo wide access. Not shared with other units so BYO, IPAD, SKYPE, etc....
PHONE with unlimited minutes is provided as a courtesy to help you stay in touch with family and friends.
If your on a working vacation and need to print out reports, or there on a real vacation and need to print out directions to the winery, we have added a printer.
CENTRAL A/C is provided, heat pump & dehumidifier for your comfort.
GARAGE is included should you decide to bring your surf boards, bikes, fishing gear, etc.
LANAI is setup for relaxing, dinning or happy hour for 8.
New tile and new screening as of May 2016 with heavier screening on the bottom that provides you with privacy for your afternoon siesta or you can put the new blinds down for complete privacy.
Lights will automatically come on at dusk so you can continue to enjoy the evening into the wee hours and listen to the ocean waves. At dawn, the lights will shut down. Nothing for you to do but enjoy the lanai, fresh air and sounds of the ocean.
There are 2 ceiling fans for the fresh breezes during happy hour. If you wish to grill your fresh catch of the day, we have also provided an infrared gas grill for your convenience.
And don't worry about BEACH items. We have them all. Lounge chairs, sitting chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, toys for the kids, fishing gear, coolers and so much more. Just put your items in the cart and walk across the street to your private beach.
Don't forget to enjoy the HEATED POOL. I know it's hard to remember with the Ocean be across the street!
PETS are always WELCOME. Should you forget something for your pet, we have food and water bowls, collar and leash, waste bags and a pet flash light for those late night outings. Don't forget their snacks as we even have their own snack jar waiting for them!
Flagler Beach welcomes pets on the beach. You are in the right location for a pet friendly beach. Your pet can sunbathe, walk, swim and dig in the sand as long as your North of N. 10th Street and South of S. 10th street. The pet area at the condo also has a water dispenser for washing off those pet paws after a day at the beach! Just be sure to have your 4 legged friend on a leash and don't forget the plastic bags.
Pet non refundable cleaning fee is 100.00.
Handicap parking is available for your convenience in front of the building. There is additional parking on the side of the condo and next to the garage.
We also honor LONG TERM rentals for snowbirds like us looking to get out of the snow and bitter cold weather. If you are interested in renting 6 months or more, we are happy to provide a rental discount. Remember, long term renters do NOT pay rental tax.
This condo is licensed for rental with the city of Flagler Beach. All taxes are included in the rental rate.

Within 10 days of departure a walk through is completed and the security deposit is returned.

Here are some year round things to do in Flagler Beach.
The local area is a relaxed part of Florida with great opportunities to enjoy life. They include:
Biking, so bring your own bike to enjoy bike trails of every length and difficulty.
Flagler Beach Pier is 2.2 miles away and is a great place to watch the die hard fishermen at work or see huge turtles and other aquatic life or fish for your lunch or dinner.
There are a variety of restaurants to chose from and some are even in walking distance of the condo. Never had a bad meal yet! Our favorite is the “Golden Lion” where you can relax to an open ocean view on the 2nd floor. While that sounded good, all the restaurants have amazing ocean views!!
If you like wine, don't forget to visit the winery that is only 1.9 miles away or 3,300 stumbling steps.

We have enjoyed being here for January and February very much. Thank you so much for being so helpful and thoughtful. Once again thank you for the food and extras upon our arrival, it really did feel like home.
We stayed in this amazing condo in July for our family vacation for the summer. This condo has everything and more that you need for your stay. When the owner says all you need to pack is your clothes it is totally true. This is a very clean and well kept condo and the owners work very hard to make your stay awesome. It is truly a home away from home!!! Our family enjoyed all the amenities they have to offer and had the best vacation.
We can't wait until next July!!!!!
We arrived a day early and everything was arranged for us to get into our condo and we were met with wine and gifts. What a welcome that was. Comfortable surroundings and friendly complex. Beautiful pool close by it you don't want to swim in the ocean that is just accross the road. The screened in porch is lovely and cool to sit in on those hot evenings. lots of room and everything is here . Just bring yourself .
All I can say is wonderful. The condo is very nice. Fully equipped and nicely furnished. The pool is heated and kept warm as bath water. Located just across the road from the beach. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay fun including beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart to carry everything to the beach. One of the nicest touches that was included was food for our first meal and the essentials for breakfast the next morning. Believe me after a long drive this was wonderful.
Francine, the owner, bent over backwards to make sure our stay was carefree. She checked in periodically to see how everything was going and if we had any questions.
This was the perfect destination for our winter escape. It didn't take us long to feel like it was our home away from home. The condo was just like the pictures and actually better because we didn't have to go out and purchase every daily necessity. The owner has not only thought of everything that a renter would need but is also a wonderful person to deal with.
We had another couple staying with us for a week and the condo was comfortable for all of us. There was plenty of room and we never felt crowded.
Flagler Beach has so many things to offer. Besides the beach, which is just across the street, there are many biking and walking paths, a weekly farmer's market and a restaurant for every taste. There are many golf courses to choose from, all convenient to get to from the condo and all with reasonable rates.
We definitely will return, the next opportunity that we have.
